Who wants a chain hotel experience when this is the same price?? Everything was just perfect. All the details were appreciated! Highly recommend. Do need to be able to maneuver steps to the loft. “The Black Palace was just that! Decor was very enchanting and interesting. The room was extremely clean and fresh. The towels and sheets smelled amazing. The interaction with the host was informative and timely. Adam is a very conscientious host. The only downside of the stay was the noise level because of the bar next door and people on the street. “Love that place. It was our 3rd time there . It is across the street from the only mall in springfield. Plenty of places to go around and main exist of the city very close. The best part of town is the soth, so it is located in a nice area. Swimming pool was very nice, and the room had nice views to it. We enjoyed it very much. Breakfast was nice. The worst part is that is getting old, tv set slow and little, but we ll come back next visit to missouri”
