“The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy”

“So the outside was sketchy but when the door opens its beautiful in the inside. The neighbors were pretty quiet even though the walls are thin. “ Communication was awesome, check in was easy, and the setting is lovely. In fact, we want to go back sometime for a longer stay. Our only concern is that there are structural issues in this condo. One bathroom door is not able to shut all the way, and the other will not stay open. The kitchen and living room area appear to be sloping downward as you go out to the deck. I hope there’s something they can do to fix it because it really is a nice stay otherwise. ”
