“Ideal choice for a stay in Lytham ”

“The room was right above the kitchen extraction fans and was drooming all the time of our stay at the hotel and with the weather being very hot we couldn't have the window open due to the noise and spoil our stay at the hotel sadly we won't be returning to the hotel and report to reception and fell on deaf ears and charge full rate of the bill.”

“Excellent central location. Parking available on streets nearby. Only fault was the bed/mattress was really hard/incomfortable so would put us off staying again”

“It was just lovely here. The room was great, clean and had quite a few little touches that I found very thoughtful. The code to get in will not work until check in time though… it’s automated, we were about 10mins early and it didn’t open the door. A cleaner let us put our things inside. I would recommend and choose to stay here again.”

“Apartment was lovely, first night was not good as the toilet was banging all night so didn’t sleep much which was hard for me as I came away for a quiet weekend as just gone through cancer treatment, everything in the apartment was very clean, ”

“The breakfast was excellent and the activities for up to 12,s was excellent. The bar an coffee bar was excellent. The only thing that let it down the cleaning it was not quiet up to my standards,a bit dusty in the corridors an the games room. But over all we had a brilliant few days.”

“This property is being refurbished and during the day there is constant noise of drilling and banging. The walls of my room were vibrating from the drilling which seemed to be directly above. I received no advance warning of this work and it is not detailed in Expedia’s information about the place. The work starts promptly at 8.30 in the morning although Iheard builders moving around and talking at around 6.50am, which is unacceptable. In addition, there was no hot water on my second morning....

“A wonderful stay. Staff were so friendly and very helpful, nothing was a problem for them. Accommodation was very clean, powerful shower. Bar and food menu extensive, with a park for children. Near to Warton, Lytham and Lytham St Anne's. An excellent location. Would totally recommend.”
