“This home was impressive in size and amenities. We had a girls weekend getaway with about 12 women there each night. We all came over from Durango. The house was very comfortable for us to fit everyone sleeping and sitting at the table and in the living room. The house had a lot of fun amenities, great western mountain decor, and it was clean. “Directions to the property were easy to follow. Check-in was easy. The property was exactly as listed. The hot tub definitely took up all of the second floor deck, but there was room to hang out on the lower deck. We enjoyed watching the sunset each evening. There are stairs to get to the front entrance and only 1 bedroom on the bottom floor, so be prepared for lots of stairs. Not a deal breaker for us though. “The place is very clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and great communication from the host. Location is a little outside of downtown (a plus for us) but grocery shopping and restaurants very close by and a short drive to town and the hot springs. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. ”

“A mama and baby deer were waiting in the driveway to welcome us. This is such a perfect home to explore Pagosa Springs. The neighborhood was peaceful and convenient, and the porch was the perfect place to read and relax. Communication was excellent. ”
