“Overall I absolutely loved my vaction rental. The amenities are 5 stars, the view was extremely relaxing, the kitchen was luxurious, and the projector was a nice fancy touch. Me and my daughter loved the place. I would highly recommend to anyone looki g to stay in the area we stayed and went to the Polar express train ride about 30 minutes away in town. That was a once in a lifetime experience aswell. Personally the bed was more comfortable sleeping on top of the comfortor with our own blanket.”

“Great location - beautiful view of the lake. Decorated beautifully - very nautical and cozy. Needs some love and care. Great to have grill but only 2 burners on it worked - which was okay. Couldn’t open a couple of windows due to screen torn and no screen on others but it was cool enough. Entry gate to the house needs fixing - wood rot but easily fixable - but made entry and departure a tad challenging. Would definitely rent again! ”

“Do not let the description fool you. It’s way worse than what the 3.4/10 rating implies. The description on the site is about 40% accurate. This is not your typical apartment rental. When they say “owner may be on premises” they actually mean, “owner lives above the apartment”. Which wasn’t the biggest issue. There is NO TV, NO Laptop work area because there is no internet. Also the cell service is spotty at best, and cut off about a half mile away from the property. So if something went...

“Address sign is covered with overgrown bush/tree. Not enough dishes for 4 people….as In cups/glasses….appliances ok I guess…served our purpose this trip… ”

“Would have been 5 stars if the bed downstairs was not rock hard. The upstairs bed was memory foam and very comfortable. Everything else was fine. ”

“Our family consisted of 6 adults and 1 child. There is ample room for everything. The view from the back deck is great! The property is located within reasonable distance to local activities. We have stayed in homes for the past 15 years for vacations and this kitchen was the best as far as space and anything you may need for cooking. Dry nice house with a great rental price! Highly recommend. ”

“Tina’s place is a new go to for me in Durango. From the amenities to the town not but 20 min away every moment was a treat.I personally gained 10 lbs just from the remarkable food at the resort.If you need a taste of the high life this is an amazing opportunity. Side note: you are not considered a guest of the resort to the front desk staff (they aren’t exactly helpful) So if you’re a bit of a MacGyver you can find your way around and what you need quickly. 10/10”
