Disfrute de las vistas del pico Pagosa desde el patio cubierto con vista al lago Pinón. Esta casa adosada recientemente redecorada y remodelada con a, c y calefacción central está ubicada en el área de Pagosa Lakes, a 3 millas al oeste del centro. A poca distancia se encuentran la tienda de comestibles, restaurantes, cafeterías, campo de golf, canchas de tenis y centro de recreación. Un corto recorrido panorámico lo llevará a la zona de esquí de Wolf Creek (25 minutos) y también a varios destinos de senderismo y pesca. También cerca se encuentran las famosas aguas termales de Pagosa y el tubo / balsa del hermoso río San Juan (10 minutos).

La casa adosada de 3 dormitorios duerme cómodamente 8 en 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 gemelos y un sofá cama Queen Size. Ambos baños tienen lavabos dobles con tocadores de granito, así como nuevas bañeras / duchas. Nuevas sábanas se han proporcionado en todo. El dormitorio principal que tiene una televisión inteligente de 32 pulgadas con cable y baño se encuentra en el nivel inferior junto con la cocina y el comedor. También en el nivel inferior está la sala de estar que cuenta con una chimenea de gas y un nuevo televisor LCD de 42 pulgadas con servicio de televisión por cable. Se proporciona conexión WI-FI gratuita. Los dos dormitorios adicionales y el segundo baño se encuentran en el nivel superior.

La cocina completa incluye todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de Whirlpool y está totalmente equipada con todos los nuevos platos, utensilios de cocina y utensilios. This was a fantastic place for my family and me while we skied at Wolf Creek. Very well taken care of. Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops. Great view of the mountains! Quite reasonably priced. We'll be returning.

This condo was lovely! It was just perfect for our family of 6. Everything was really clean, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The location is so close to stores and restaurants. It was great to come back to after skiing at Wolf creek. It was very quiet while we were there. We would absolutely return to this VRBO. Highly recommend!

kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary items to cook meals, and property was in an ideal location! Super clean and spacious for 4 adults and ski slopes were a direct 30 min drive away which was perfect. Price point was also ideal for broke college kids.

Our hosts were very kind and communicated with us from before our stay, to the end! We appreciated their intentionality!The location is amazing! Perfect for walking, groceries and a number of businesses and restaurants. It was truly a beautiful location...the scenery is breathtaking from the back porch.The accommodations were comfortable for our family of 4! We enjoyed our stay and the ease our location afforded us for our day trips. We would stay at this property again!

Our stay was absolutely blissful. This property is a wonderful, cozy retreat, perfectly located just outside of Downtown Pagosa Springs. The hosts are very responsive and truly go the extra mile to provide you with plenty of ideas as to how to make your getaway magical. We visited for my wife's birthday, but we can't wait to come back and bring our kids. If you are serious about getting some rest and relaxation while experiencing all that Pagosa Springs and the surrounding areas have to offer, then you have found your place

A beautiful well kept condo with everything stated ascorrect. Well stocked kitchen, comfy, cozy and clean.The condo had breathtaking views of Pagosa Peak and other surrounding mountains.We loved this condo location.We didn't need to communicate with owners for all instructions were clearly stated.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo overlooked a lake and mountains from a lovely deck. Many amenities were available to make it feel like home. I especially appreciated having two sofas and a recliner chair in the living room. It was only 5 min. from downtown Pagosa Springs. Would definitely go back if we get out this way again.

Had a great time! The mornings were so relaxing watching the hot air balloon. The view of the pond with the ducks and geese was very entertaining. It was easy access to everything we wanted to do during our stay. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Enjoyed the Mountain View over the lake cove

Nice casual Pagosa townhome in a very good location. Comfortable beds and furnishings throughout. Clean and well maintained. We have rented in the area before and this was the best unit/experience. Especially appreciate the owner/manager making sure we had WiFi. Thank you !

Disappointed

Looking forward to our trip, and after driving all day, we were pretty exhausted when we got there so didn’t notice a lot of things right away. In a couple of sentences, I can say we thought it was misrepresented in VRBO. The next morning, upon waking up, we started to realize how filthy the place was. There was mold in the dishwasher, hair in the drawers in the refrigerator, there were several lights out around the apartment, couple of drawers wouldn’t close as they were broken, the grill was unusable. It was so filthy. The porch was so full of leaves, spider webs, spiders and dirt that it was pretty much unusable. The washing machine was filthy with buildup from detergent and fabric softener. The master bath had mold in it and obviously hadn’t been deep cleaned for a long time. I could go on and on, but basically we felt trapped as it was a holiday week and we had already paid for the stay. Contacting the owners they were very responsive, but lived in Texas so there wasn’t much they could do but get their cleaning person to come in and remedy the situation. When the cleaning person came the following day, she had a bucket in her hand and walked into the kitchen where I told her I had other things that needed attention as well. With attitude, she was immediately short with me, told me she didn’t have to listen to me and stormed out.This is why this was very disappointing and we request a partial refund. Their pictures do not represent the true nature of this condo. Ours do.
