Family Getaway

Our stay here was wonderful, we loved how equipped this Cabin was and were able to accommodate the family. They even had a couple pet beds which was so thoughtful and definitely enjoyed such a pretty view from the living room and deck. Thank you for hosting us!!

Great Mountian Home

This property is beautiful and well suited for a group of friends and family to have a ski and hot spring get away. It was clean and all amenities worked well. The views were wonderful and all of the rooms were comfortable. My one comment to others looking to rent this property is that the listing says it fits 12 people but you should probably only bring 11 total as one advertisted bed was not present for our dtay.

Friends and Fam Ski Trip

We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the quick response to any questions from the property manager. The home was more than large enough to accommodate our group of 10 ranging in ages from 13-53. I would not hesitate recommending booking Base Camp for anyone visiting the Pagosa Springs area.

Winter family fun

We had a wonderful time snowboarding at Wolfe Creek. The house was perfect for sledding for kids. It also had sleds in the garage. The house was wonderful and stocked very well. We had everything we needed and more. I would stay here agin for sure

Incredible!

This was one of the best stocked homes that I have ever stayed at. I’ve stayed at other properties where I had to go and purchase pots/pans and general cooking utensils because the home didn’t have them. That was not the case for this property. You can tell the owners took care to ensure that the property was supplied with everything needed. It made the home feel like a home away from home. It was the most comfortable I have ever been at a home that was not my home.

4th July Week

The house had a beautiful view, amazing hot tub, and everything was impeccably clean and laid out perfectly. It has central air which was nice during July! There were plenty of towels, toiletries, and kitchen items. We had teens all the way to grandparents staying and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed walks around the quiet neighborhood. The air hockey table was a big bonus! The property manager was just a quick text away and very responsive. We had a wonderful time!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pagosa Springs at Twin Creek Village. House is set nicely for large families. Lots to do in the area for activities. Clean house and very responsive hosts! Hot tub was very nice.

Pagosa Adventure

This property was amazing! Beautiful, clean, well equipped! Great location and distance from town. The pictures of the property don’t do it justice however it did appear from the pictures that water for fishing was right behind the property and there wasn’t. We went in early June and they had unseasonably warm weather with no AC in the house it did get rather warm upstairs but overall this property was amazing and comes highly recommended!

Accommodating & comfortable

The house is well-appointed and a great accommodation for 9 or 10 people. The kitchen is well supplied and the living space has a wall of windows which make use of the sunshine to light the living room, dining room and kitchen. The house is about a 7-8 minute drive to downtown Pagosa Springs, but only 4 minutes or so to grocery shopping and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive to issues we had.

Great stay for skiing at Wolf Creek!

This house was perfect for 10 adults to ski Wolf Creek. Loved the large gathering area with the wall of windows for watching the snow. It is hard to find a home with so many king beds which was awesome!!! The location was perfect, close to town and shopping, but away from all the traffic. We would definitely consider staying here again! Thanks!

Lovely home, could use a few additions

I had a lovely stay with friends at the home for a bachelorette getaway. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen, which was well-stocked for group meals, slept comfortably and cozy in the rooms, but would have had trouble if we ended up having more than ten people, since there really isn't comfortable sleeping for more then 10 adults. I'm glad we only ended up with 10 people at the house, although we originally planned for 12, because that is what the listing says the house sleeps. I would be a bit wary if you're planning to have more than 10 adults, since the house doesn't inherently accommodate that with comfortable sleeping for everyone. The only other potential issue was a total lack of extra blankets or bedding at the house. There weren't even throw blankets for the living room or sitting out on the porch, which especially for a ski-focused house in the winter, was surprising. I would recommend adding some extra blankets for guests in the future, although the host via text was very willing to come by and drop off some blankets when I texted them asking if there were any, so had we really needed them, they would have provided. But yeah, just as a suggestion, would simply already have them in the home :) Otherwise, beautiful views, great area for walks around the neighborhood, comfortable space to hang out, eat, and gather. Had a great stay!

Loved this house!

Our family of 10 just stayed a week in this house and we loved it! Very well furnished and supplied. The owners have provided everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Lovely spacious home

Was a very nice place to stay and accomodated 4 couples well! For people who don't plan to eat out and cook all meals there the kitchen was a little lacking in a few things but overall worked fine. Pet friendly was a plus also.
