Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in Pagosa and the property manager was wonderful! Helped us with suggestions on places to eat and things to do while there!! The location of the townhome was perfect for the hiking we did, close to downtown and restaurants

Perfect Colorado get away

This was a perfect place to stay for our Colorado getaway. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. Plenty of room. The view was fantastic.

Great Stay

In town for a wedding. Second time at this location and it does not disappoint. Very recommended for short or long term stay. I will stay here again. Secure, Quiet, and a central location to everything in Pagosa.

Beautiful Views

From the moment we walked in we felt at home. Nicely decorated with cabin flare. Big windows give you a view of the mountains. Great location to shopping, food and gas station. Parking right outside the door. Management is available immediately.

Pagosa birthday weekend

We loved the property! There was so much wild life right outside the balcony. The hummingbirds, ducks, geese, deer, and even bats! We enjoyed the quiet getaway, as well as visiting the hot springs, restaurants, shopping and the beautiful San Juan National Forest!

Property is on the outskirts of PS. Downtown PS is under construction so we were not able to enjoy the downtown area and parks. The view is directed toward a storage facility and airport with planes taking off early morning and evening. Stand alone air conditioning units in the bedrooms kicked off and on all night. Furniture looked tired-recliners had cracked leather. If your looking for an average place to stay it’s good for the price point.

Stay in Pagosa

Basically a very nice property looked just like the pictures. A little short on basic amenities like tissue, garbage bags and pantry. Lighting could be better and parking is in short supply hi. Not much information on streaming services. But the furnishings were comfortable and management was very helpful. Would stay there again.

Outdated

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The couch in the living room is old and very uncomfortable. The TV is too small. The dishwasher was full of dishes and the coffee pot was dirty with used filter in it when we arrived. Will not be going back.

Dishonest & neglected, but otherwise beautiful

Beautiful location, well-built, but sadly neglected. Listing lies by omission, review criticisms unaddressed for years, amenities dirty and broken. Wife used to clean vacation rentals, would have lost her job for this condition. Great neighbors, though! No AC at all, plug in fans don't work Water damage in ceiling, mold very likely Carpet not vacuumed, dead bugs & pet hair Furniture cracked, frayed, broken Filthy tub, fixtures, stove, walls Large holes in walls Internet down constantly Dusty with cobwebs Knives very dull Pillows smell bad, beds very stiff "Towels" = floor mats, "soap" = sanitizer, empty bottles Fixtures & rods loose & crooked Paint splatter on doors, frames heavily scratched Switch labels missing, old, unreadable Bannisters missing bolt covers (splinters!) Low-res, inaccurate photos in listing

Overall good. Note no AC and should call out not good for wheelchair or people w walkers not ADA friendly. As only way into place has steps only. Tubs are high and not good for 84 yr old parents. Washer n dryer on 2nd floor.

Very nice location pictures accurately reflect the condo. Parking leaves a little to be desired and lighting in and out needs to be brighter. Very well stocked kitchen. Management responsive. Would stay there again.

My family thoroughly enjoyed the place we stayed at, the pond out back with the wildlife that came including the mama deer and her two babies and the family of skunks will be something we always remember and the townhome was nice but it could use with a little updating and maybe a little better cleaning there was a coffee machine but not a Keurig machine one of the outlets in the bedroom was falling out of the wall and there’s quite a few areas that looks like they have not been dusted in quite some time but other than that overall we had a really nice time there

Beautiful views in quiet location

Convenient location for hiking trails, restaurants nearby and City Market. Amazing views of the mountains--we ate on the deck most nights. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. We hiked every day, soaked at Healing Water hot springs and went tubing in the river. A perfect vacation!

Great property with views!

The property was very nice and roomy! It had everything we needed. We did not use the kitchen since we only stayed two days and got in late the first night but it was fully stocked. Great location for us. Beautiful with all the snow! We would definitely stay again.

Great fit

It was the perfect home for our stay. It was roomy and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing after a day of adventures. Good location. View of mountains, pond, hummingbirds and horses. I loved the comfortable patio furniture which was perfect for watching the sunset or looking at the stars after dark. It had 2 master bedrooms with attached baths. Comfy furniture. My husband loved the swival T.V. in the living room so he could watch a favorite show while cooking. The fireplace was nice in the evening. Even though this place doesn't have AC we didn't need it. It stayed cool with use of the ceiling fan and it cooled down at night. We enjoyed the fresh air. If you get an opportunity to enjoy this place be sure to check out the hot springs in town, Chimney rock about 20 miles west, the many waterfalls nearby, take a drive up Wolf Creek to see an amazing view and Mesa Verde about 1 hour 45 minutes away. So much to do so little time. We enjoyed being able to cook but we did eat at the Junction restaurant for breakfast on our last day and it was very tasty. The Lost Cajun was also a good choice for dinner. One suggestion, get to this place before dark it is not well lit and very hard to find in the dark.
