  • This gorgeous recently remodeled home has a unique adobe-style charm that will make your stay truly memorable. The wood accents, vaulted ceilings, and elegant furniture will make you want to stay here forever. Lounge in the bright and luxurious living room with your friends and family or cook a lovely meal in the full kitchen equipped with all of the utensils needed to make any recipe. The balconies, decks, and large windows will give you a constant view of the beautiful forests and mountains surrounding the home, so enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine in the fresh air. In the warmer months, a gas grill is available, so throw on some kabobs or juicy burgers to make dinner time a breeze. End each night by the wood-burning fireplace to warm up the bones before dozing off and recharging for the next day's activities.

    While you will have privacy and peace, you will still be a short distance to all the excitement of Pagosa Springs! Downtown Pagosa Springs is a short two-mile drive from your front door and is a great place to explore for the day. Stroll down the scenic San Juan River Walk trail, or soak in the Hippy Dip Hot Springs. The city is also home to several fun shops and delicious restaurants. Winter visitors will want to be sure to pack their skis and snowboards, as Wolf Creek Ski Area is a scenic 27-mile drive north and a great place to tear up some powder! In the summertime, you will find an abundance of hiking trails and outdoor activities closeby as well!

The pictures don’t do it justice. It is clean! It is a great mix of fresh, updated and traditional local flair. Everything you need is there. The heated floors are great. It is quiet with pretty views. We want to stay again!

Great Getaway

They thought of everything to make the stay stress free as possible. The house and location was just what we were looking for. Will definitely be back to stay here again.

What a wonderful place to stay in! The house is lovely and spacious, sitting on a large lot. There were other houses close by but not so close that you see or hear others.It was a great place for our stay with friends.

Very nice, very spacious and very cozy

We loved the kitchen and all the useful appliances including spices and lots of other great stuff. The kiva fire place is so awesome. Can't forget the propane fire pit and grill on the patio. Definitely a great stay.

Relaxing home

The area was lovely. Lots of wildlife—our fawns and does—and bucks—and interesting birds and chipmunks and squirrels. Very relaxing and so very quiet. Just what we needed.

Girl’s Trip 2024

Two of my friends and myself took our annual girls trip and stayed at the property. It was perfect for our needs. We were able to relax, have some laughs and there was enough room for us to spread out if we so chose too. The house was convenient to town but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy nature.

Great choice

We really enjoyed our time at this home. We traveled with our two children: ages 6 and 9, and they were able to “claim” the upstairs of the house (2 bedrooms + TV watching area) while downstairs remained quiet and peaceful. If you like to walk/run, the roads around the house offer great scenery. It is an easy, quick drive into downtown Pagosa. Just as every other review for this house states, this is a really great house to stay in.

Fantastic House

Attention to detail was amazing. Light switches and cabinets are all labeled. Power strips were available everywhere so you had a plug for everything. Clean and comfortable. We will definitely rent again!

Fishing trip

We are a retired couple and stayed here with daughter and son in law. Everyone loved the place. The location is great, extremely clean and well stocked if needed. The beds are great as well as furnishings, which we don’t find in a lot of rentals. We have recently given it up but ranched , son in law still does so the decor of the home had just enough to make us feel right at home. Will definitely return. Thank you for maintaining such a welcome home to stay in

Great getaway convenient to all amenities in the Pagosa Springs area

We planned an impromptu vacation and decided to stay a few days in the Pagosa Springs area. The property was as described and more! We loved the location as it was convenient to everything that we wanted to do. An abundance of on the property as we saw turkeys and deer daily. The house was very clean and had everything we needed/wanted and a lot more. Communication was great and the check in/out was extremely easy. We will definitely choose this house again when we return to the area. We highly recommend this property to all. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Pagosa getaway

Overall was good, the area is nice and quiet and close to everything. however a couple issues, the BBQ grill was not usable as opened it up and just all rusted out. The shower drain in main level bedroom is almost clogged, you had to stand in several inches of water to shower, the shower issue could be easily missed but not the grill.

Spacious and cozy

This is such a beautiful home, I wish I could live here! There are thoughtful touches and amenities throughout the home, plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, you name it! The spacious kitchen has every kind of cooking and entertaining accessory you could ask for. The heated floors are luxurious after a long day in the cold. Even lots of games and entertainment right in the home. It's set in a very open, back road area off the main drag, with beautiful views of the skies and mountains from the multiple porches and balconies. Would warn travelers the last mile or so of road leading up to the house is pretty rough, especially in snow. And beds on the firmer side of comfortable. None of this impacted our stay in a bad way though. 10/10 hope to stay again sometime!
