Great Stay

House is as advertised you have everything you need and then some. The property manager is awesome and very helpful. I have been going to Pagosa every year since 1996 and this is one of the best homes when it goes to price, location and amenities. You can't go wrong staying here.

Great stay at the lake!

This property was clean and quiet and was exactly what we were looking for! Very close to forest service areas and hiking, and the views were amazing.

Wonderful place for a family getaway.

This house was really nice. Lots of space for a large family. It has a big kitchen. Nice and cozy bedrooms. Beautiful location.

House was great for 8 adults! Close to Pagosa but far enough out for peace and quiet. We loved being that close to the water every morning while drinking our coffee! Found several good hikes, the Springs was fun, several great restaurants in town, and kitchen was very well stocked! Had a great experience!!!!

Family Gathering On The Lake

We couldn’t have chosen a better location for our family gathering. From beautiful sunrises over the lake in the morning, paddle boarding and fishing in the afternoon, to quite moments together on the back deck, each of us enjoyed every moment of our stay at this spacious & well equipped Hatcher Lake home.

Super location. Spacious. The owners' family obviously had many years of memories here. Good value. Didn't need air conditioning but we never found it, if there were portable units.We caught and returned a 16 inch trout from the dock.

Fun Spot on the Lake

We had a fantastic time at this home. It was very cozy, very clean, and right on a small lake. We were there in the winter so it was frozen over and beautiful. It's tucked away and was very quiet and comfortable. We took our 2 teenagers and met friends with 2 teenagers, we had the max 8 people and it was very comfortable.

Family Vacation

Perfect home for us and our grown children to vacation. We went skiing, sledding, looking at wildlife, and hung out at the house. It was a wonderful home that was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking together then playing games. The fireplace was perfect! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your amazing home!

Good location for a group of up to eight people. Toys for lake are great but there is no swimming in the lake. If you plan on rafting, tubing or fishing check on water levels before booking. We had to drive over three hours to go rafting. There was not enough water in the San Juan River to fish, raft or tub. View from porch was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked.

Just Perfect

This was the perfect setup for our group. Loved the fact that master and another bedroom with private bathroom was downstairs. My parents didn’t have to climb the stairs at all. The lake is beautiful! Had a great time fishing and enjoying the view from the porch. This home has everything you need!

Weekend Getaway

We were out in Pagosa Springs for a weekend getaway. The hone we stayed in was fabulous. It met all our needs. Not only were we comfortable, we all were in awe of the beauty and sights of the landscape. We hope to stay in this house again. A couple of negatives we noted were not having 8 chairs at table. We needed to move chairs to accommodate everyone. Also the family photos in a VRBO home were a bit odd.

Beautiful location

This home is perfect for six of us! Plenty of room to spread out. The views are breathtaking. We spent many hours on the back porch, watching a fish jump out of the water and the geese and ducks swimming all around. Stargazing at night is spectacular. There is no light pollution back in the city. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Located just 15 minutes from town. It was easy to get to the City Market for groceries. The Local iTrip team was very quick to respond to our needs for another fan and some hangers. The house could use some TLC but was very clean and supplied well. We would rent this place again!!

Home away from home

There wouldn't be enough time to tell you all the incredible things about this stay at 87 Point Place! We chose this place specifically for the access to Hatcher Lake, since my husband is big into fly fishing and wanted to fish as much as possible for his 40th birthday. The area did not disappoint! The 5 of us caught TONS of large fish in Hatcher Lake and surrounding areas, including Tiger Trout which was a bucket list item for him. The house was a great size for all of us, and would be perfect for families with kiddos too. The number of games, puzzles, and books were more than enough to keep all ages entertained! The amenities for cooking were abundant, beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of linens for our needs. We used the washer and dryer as well, it was a treat to have. We have already talked about wanting to make an annual trip to this specific home!

Nice lake

The location of the property is fairly convenient to town and the neighborhood was great - nice lake, quiet neighbors. The house itself was fine, but could use a deep clean and some decluttering. Several things were broken or barely functioning, which was annoying but not worth the interruption of asking for service people to come out. The rental company doesn’t provide enough household staples, so you’ll be driving into town for toilet paper, dish soap, spray cleaner, etc. This is not how I want to spend time on my vacation, especially after I’ve paid a few thousand dollars to rent a house for the week. Overall, we enjoyed the peaceful lake and had a good trip, but it wasn’t a great rental experience.
