“Everything! The house, the garden, cleanliness, and location. A couple of minor suggestions though: 1. The hot water tap over the kitchen sink is quite temperamental - boiling hot when first turned on and cold very quickly after that. 2. A dust pan would have been very helpful to complete the job of sweeping the floor. That's it! Would stay again in a heartbeat if in Dubbo again. ”

“The house was as described. It was clean, comfortable and in a quiet area, just 5 minutes from the city. It suited our needs beautifully - 3 mature couples wanting a reunion and to explore the area. Three bathrooms gave us privacy and the two communal areas were useful. Access was easy with the key lock and we had no need to meet a host. Highly recommend.”

“Really cute cottage perfect for our hiking trip. Clean, neat & tidy, and really great to have a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Loved the verandah out the front. Being able to sit out there in a lovely country town with a cup of tea after a long day hiking watching the world go by was the perfect end to the day. Lovely and quiet which was appreciated coming from big city dwellers. Highly recommend this place. ”
