“This property exceeded our expectations in every way, room after room... It was spacious and equipped with anything u could imagine. If you're outdoorsy there are multiple bikes, skateboards to use. Also a huge selection of beach gear and BBQ grills. The kitchen was our favorite fully stocked with every utensil possible for any type of cooking. Like coffee? Every option available: Keurig, espresso, regular coffee maker. The hot tub/dip pool was the perfect size to spend time at night to relax...

There was an espresso machine which we enjoyed - making lattes and sitting on the back patio in the morning. Even a smoothie bar! We did not have time to hot tub, or play the giant Connect 4. We were able to iron our wedding clothes, hang the long dresses in the ample closets and set out lunch on the dining table. Everything was immaculately clean, neat and new. The...

“Overall- GOOD Positives: Newly remodeled, very spacious, mostly clean. Decor was cute. Clear check-in/check-out instructions. Negatives: Surrounding area had strong marijuana smell, and sketchy neighborhood. Home should have had air filters replaced, a couple of us developed a cough from it. Bathroom had no place to hang towels or hand towels (not big issue, but inconvenient)”

“This is a great place in an absolutely perfect location. Downtown was walkable for coffee & takeout. I saw manatees and turtles walking with my son in the park across the street from the unit. The beach was even an easy walk for adults. Parking was ALWAYS available at the unit, which really surprised me. Other nice touches from the unit: - VERY comfortable beds- free laundry room shared w/ 3 units (but FREE)- private patio w/ morning shade- closet space!”

“This location, view and property was a 10/10. Not only was the house beautiful , but the layout was unbeatable with everything you may need at your disposal. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware, the deck and pool were relaxing and the house was spotless. Great communication and accommodations from the hosts. Hosted a small gathering with family and everyone was raving about how beautiful the house was. Will definitely recommend this property to anyone in the area looking. ”
