“The Room was VERY Clean - all updated with a Nice Bathroom and Shower. Perfect Studio. Great location off of Southern Blvd, Close to Turnpike and I95, 5 minutes from Airport and downtown. Only 10 min. to Wellington Mall or Tanger Outlets. “The bathroom was moldy, excessively so. The response from the hosts was inappropriate, saying it was "clean" as they had used many cleaning products on the mold to no avail. They recognized the need to re-caulk the entire bathroom, but haven't done that yet. They also said they were not aware of an ant infestation in the same bathroom, but we were! If you want any comfort such as air conditioning, decent furniture, or walls where you can't hear every conversation or noise from your neighbor- then pass on this one. I had a friend visit, as soon as she sat down on one of the outdoor chairs the fabric broke and she almost hit the ground. The bed is bad, but the couch is even worse. The ice maker/water filter in the fridge does not work. Apparently the only way to control the AC is in the other...
