We chose this property because it’s located very close to my brother’s house and I’m so glad we found it! The home was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The check-in process was quick and seamless. As a bonus for traveling with our small dog, the fenced area for her to relieve herself was incredibly convenient — they even provided dog waste bags and an outdoor trash bin, which made things so easy.We especially loved the spacious back porch and the peaceful dock overlooking the water. The location is fantastic — Palm Coast is a beautiful town with lot’s of amenities and restaurants. The European Village is just down the road from the house and we had a great evening there at the Turtle Shack Cafe, enjoying delicious food and live music.Overall, this was a wonderful stay. We’d happily return!

This house was very clean and well maintained and stocked with everything you need for cooking a meal and items needed for beach days. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood on a canal that is close to the beach, parks, hiking and biking trails, shopping and restaurants. We saw dolphins and a manatee while sitting in the screened back porch, which is close to some condominiums but very quiet and private. . There are games available for families as well as the foosball table. This was our first time booking with VRBO and would highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience at this property! We stayed almost a month. The home was impeccably clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were initially concerned that the owner’s boat might take up the entire dock and block the canal views, but that was not the case at all. There was plenty of room, and views from the patio and the dock were absolutely stunning. We caught a myriad of fish off the dock!Overall, a clean, comfortable, updated, and wonderful place - highly recommend!

We had a month long stay and had everything we needed. They had a perfect area just for the dogs. Place was clean and conveniently located close to stores and restaurants. There was nice walking path close as well. We needed to extend a week longer and they were very accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

Just the 3 of us! And our 2 precious dogs!

This is so hard to summarize our stay because we loved it so much.!! The beds are so comfortable-quality sheets- if it would have rained all week I would have been happy to stay in the bed and relax in the house all week. But we had a lot of things planned- we rented a pontoon boat from Palm Boat rentals!! we caught fish- were able to take our 2 dogs, and got the best florida suntan and best natural sun lightened hilites in our hair- the nicest people you would ever want to meet there. And they treated us kindly- professional- and we would go back even for their sweet hospitality- they go out of their way to help load the boat- and they ensured my special needs daughter got on the boat safely. And then to go back to the house and eat dinner and relax by the canal and get in the cozy bed was the icing on the cake! I wanted to stay longer than one week! Next time we will!!

Catching up with Friends

Booking this location was easy and the communication with host was quick and easy. We met our military friends for bike week. Upon arrival the house was so clean and we immediately felt at home. The screen porch, dock and fire pit was great for just relaxing. In fact the one day we stayed right at the house and sat on the dock for hours watching dolphins swim by. The loacation was perfect away from the hustle yet close to restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend this house and will look to stay here in the future.

Just what we needed

We enjoyed our peaceful relaxing stay. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the dock, even saw a dolphin go by. The neighbors were friendly too. We would stay here again.

We visit the Palm Coast area 2 or 3 times a year. This time was mostly for business, but this house was in the perfect location. Quiet neighborhood right on the canal very close to all beaches.

Great Rental

It was just as advertised. Very clean and the furniture was updated and clean. The bed was awesome. Slept very well. Had everything we needed. My dad fished in the canal (caught and released) several large catfish. Spacious for family. My dogs loved the covered back porch.
