This was an amazing condo , clean , spacious, the view over the water was breathtaking. And the folks around the pool area were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this stay. Thank you

The condo is very nice. Check in and out process very simple. Plenty of area to walk and enjoy the sunshine The beach is rocky and the grille unfortunately was not open much.

Great place but need to bring your own extras

Great condo, great location, wonderful amenities! Beach is close. Pools are beautiful and teens loved the Grille. But bring your own supplies: coffee, creamer, anything for the kitchen, shampoo/conditioner/soap and toilet paper!

Great Condo, Great Location

This condo worked very well for our long term stay. The location was great and the complex is really nice! Both pool areas were fantastic! The condo is large and well equipped. We loved sitting on the deck which faces south so it always had shade....we were entertained by the wildlife on the lake and the view is fantastic. We watched a couple of rocket launches from our deck! Overall a great month!

Great rental at an amazing location

Overall we had an amazing time at Cinnamon Beach. We loved the location and the rental. Everything was perfect. Rental was very clean. We did call maintenance to come fix the kitchen drain at the p trap was leaking but they never sent anyone. We kept emptying a bucket. Otherwise we had an amazing time and stay. We will be back.

Awesome experience

Coming from Canada it was very easy to rent. Communication with Cinnamon Beach rental went smoothly. All information was given ahead of time. Property was clean and bigger than we expected with a huge balcony. Security at the entrance made you feel safe and comfortable. Had a great time. Definitely hope to go back in the future!!

Private and quiet love it!

My wife found this on Facebook and showed it to me. I booked it right away. Very spacious and clean. It felt like we were staying at a house. Love the community and the neighbors. Very quiet at night. No annoying traffic noise. Love the condo. Definitely coming back. Possibly in the summer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious, clean and well located. The property was well maintained. There was a problem with poor water pressure for the shower in master bath. Also would like to see tp, paper towels and trash bags provided as they have been in every other condo we have rented.

Wonderful Beach Vacation at Cinnamon Beach #1144!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We Loved our stay on this property! So happy with all of the accommodations! Very comfortable and well taken care of! The view was great from the balcony! It wasn't a beach view but we enjoyed morning coffee and watching the turtles and wildlife! We took great care of the property during our stay, just like the owners would like! We hope to return again soon! The amenities at Cinnamon Beach were awesome! The pools, easy access to the beach and especially the Grill! We lunch at the Grill everyday! The people were awesome there,....food was delicious! Everything was clean from the restrooms to the pools! Thank you for such a wonderful vacation and stay at Cinnamon Beach Way #1144!

Gorgeous lakeside Condo

We have stayed at Cinnamon Beach 3 times, always in a beachfront condo. However, this lakeside view condo was stunning and we would stay here again. Love the high ceilings and decor. So peaceful and quiet, with sunset view.. and we enjoyed the wildlife on the lake. It was bitterly cold this Christmas. Nite was 29 degrees. Condo heat unit thermostat was broken, and we Had Christmas dinner in vests, and jacket. But Chris, maintenance guy was responsive and helpful, and he called in the heating guy who was able to fix it on. The 26th. I can’t say enough for the property management here, friendly and easy to deal with. The owners equipped the kitchen well, plenty of cookware and we enjoyed cooking here. Extra blankets helped immensely. Beds quite comfortable. The condo blue colors peaceful and restful. A perfect place for a holiday family gathering. The pools were warm, and t he hot tub hot, although at 45 degrees and windy, we did not try them out. We will definitely be back, as we have family in the area and enjoy having our own space. Great location.

My husband is 88 years old and was very concerned about hurricane and you were wonderful about. Like I said we will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is the perfect location to all of St Augustine’s jewels, from dining to taking a sunset cruise. Our rental was perfect for the amount of people we had in our group. I love how clean the interior of the condo was, it was really spacious with a huge balcony. The management were really friendly, and answered all questions we had about the condo. I really loved the restaurants that are in the area, Caps is one I would definitely recommend, also Barbara Jeans was great. This is my third time renting from Cinnamon Beach, and will definitely be coming back.

Family Friendly

Spacious condo with gated entrance. Within walking distance to beach and pools. Gated entrance is staffed 24/7. Adult and kid pools with a small water park for the kiddos. The water park is a deal closure if you have kids. Will come back.
