House was very tidy and welcoming. I subtracted a star on cleanliness as that the house smelled milldewy. Otherwise the house was very clearn. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine. The host texted us each day to make sure we were comfortable and if they was anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable. The beds had clean linen. There were plenty of clean towels for both the pool and in the bathrooms. The pool was amazing and in a tropical setting. We spent all day Saturday swimming and enjoying a meal with our friends, we ordered take out. There were plenty of supplies and a very roomy kitchen if we wanted to cook. I just did not want to waste my vacation cooking and cleaning. So we took the lazy way out and brought disposable plates/cups. There were flamingos everywhere throughout the property which stayed with the property theme and put all of us in a very fun atmosphere where our friends and us felt we could play catch up and have so much fun. Yes we are mermaids you are not seeing things. Thank you Todd and May for an awesome vacation!

We loved our stay at the flamingo pool house. We enjoyed all the area had to offer. One of the neighbors had to complain about my kids enjoying the pool but everything else was awesome.

Beautiful home and pool was awesome

Unfortunately due to an emergency we left after first night. Nothing to do with home. She was so kind bc my neice was in wheelchair and they put up small ramp to get in. Very thoughtful. Loved the living room with large tv. Beds were nice and comfyand so clean. I do wished all bedrooms had TVs due to fact we like different shows. But that would not detour me from staying here again. Wished we could have stayed and enjoyed our vacation. Maybe another time.

Bike Week Retreat

Having viewed the property here and read what other guests had to say, I was hopeful. I’m always hopeful when I rent a property. Seldom am I as rewarded as I was with this lovely and spacious home. It was everything that was promised. My group did not want to be in the thick of the traffic and activity surrounding Bike Week. We are older and prefer a bit tamer atmosphere. But we do like to visit some places and we loved having nice roads to choose for our journeys into Daytona Beach. I can’t say enough about the comfort and cleanliness of this home. Loved it and would definitely recommend it to anyone. We hope to return sometime in the future. Thank you to May and Todd for being wonderful hosts.

Perfect home away from home!

We had a lovely time in this home for six weeks. The location is perfect, close to any store or restaurant you want. The pool is awesome. May is delightful, kind, helpful. The home itself could use a bit of tlc, the landscaping etc, but then, it would be more expensive. :) The desk was very helpful, and is a great place to work. The only thing we would have liked is a gas grill. Love the bunnies!

Quiet and convenient

Upon arrival, we werent sure if we had the right house because the front yard/landscaping wasnt very kept. It looked as if no one had been there in awhile. With a litttle TLC, it could be beautiful. That being said, check in was very easy. The house is older and could use some updating, compared to other VBROs in Palm Coast area that we have stayed in, but the house is spacious, stocked with most things needed for a week long stay, other than food/drinks of course. The beds were comfortable. The pool is very nice, relaxing and private. Close to many beaches, stores and restaurants. During our stay, a lightning strike fried the cable box and the only tv in the house. While the host responded quickly, it took two days, and three different visits from handywomen to get a new cable box/ tv put in. My husband suffers from bad ringing of the ears and silence is hard for him so was not enjoyable few days. We were in shower when the handywomen came to put in new tv, if we wouldnt have had the chain on door they would have came right in, without warning, since they have a key. While they did try calling as they were banging on door. Had we been notified with a little advance, it would have made for a much less uncomfortable situation. The host were very apoligetic regarding the tv/cable outage, which was mother natures doing, but definitely a second tv in house would have helped the situation. Overall, our stay was good, booking/check in and out was easy and host communication was go

Our family enjoyed our stay. The host was wonderful with communication and we were grateful for the bottle of wine. The house fulfilled our family's needs and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool area could have used some leaf removal, but for the most part, everything was great!

Great Spring Break Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo House. It was centrally located so we were able to take day trips to Cape Canaveral, Orlando, St. Augustine and several other places. We were able to see both a daytime and nighttime launch from Titusville (able to see the launches well from Space View Park). In regards to the house, the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Hosts were readily available with any questions. We all used the pool a few times a day and this was the highlight for our two youngest kids. And it was heated, which was wonderful.

Stayed here for Daytona race weekend

Very clean, comfortable. I would plan your sleeping arrangements assuming kids can sleep on the futons; they're not great for full grown men. Luckily we had a couple people opt out of the trip so didn't have an issue.

We fully enjoyed our stay and Todd and Mary checked in on us to see if we needed anything during our stay and we appreciate that. The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood so we were able to relax and enjoy our time away. My wife would of loved a tv in the bedroom but overall We have no complaints and will definitely stay here again when we need a getaway and some downtime

Wonderful location

The house and the pool were wonderful. The bed was super comfortable and everything we needed was provided. And I mean everything...toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Our hosts, Tom & May, were very accommodating and were always just a text away. They went above and beyond with local food recommendations and helpful tips. We also enjoyed a welcome gift of a bottle of wine. Although there were just 2 of us, this home could easily house 6 or more people. Loved the heated pool also. This home was convenient for shopping, restaurants, beaches, and parks. We had never been to Palm Coast but we really loved it and would definitely return.

Our family loved the Flamingo House!! May and Todd thought of EVERYTHING! It's so inviting and comfortable. Everything is labeled so you know where things are and the beds are super comfy and the place was spotless!! And the pool, so wonderful. All you need to bring is a couple of outfits ( top of the line washer and dryer) and your toothbrush. Everything else is there. Loved this place!!

Annual family vacay

We had a great time despite the weather. House had everything you could need, well stocked with the essentials. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and pool was great. Located in a quiet neighborhood with tons of stores and restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was effortless, they checked in with us before arrival and during our visit to insure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. Would definitely book again.

Very accommodating

Exception of having to share them with accessibility means I only had to tell them how to make it accessible. They did it the next day. It is a very spacious home. You will have no problem using it if you need a break bro, the world for a little while. Thank you both!
