Lovely Stay Lovely Place

This condo is in a great and safe location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to this condo specifically. Everything was spotless with plenty of extra linens for each bedroom and bathroom. Location is right on the beach and we look forward to returning.

Beautiful Ocean Views

The unit was quite clean and very well decorated. There was plenty of seating, comfy sofa and beds. Very spacious, plenty of room for our family. Love the updated look and the comforts of this lovely home. The view was so amazing! Would highly recommend and would definitely return!

I took my children to James F Holland Memorial Park and was very impressed. This is our third year staying in this community and I look forward to many more stays!

For most part - excellent

great, but there were some minor issues that did not detract from stay, and that surprised us given the overall quality. Both screen doors were broken and falling off rail guards. That was disappointing and a pain. Dishwasher was very slow to drain and had water pooling at the bottom. Beyond that great location and very clean. Would stay there again.

Lovely unit, sparsely outfitted

Nice clean condo. Would give a 5.0 but we were disappointed there weren't simple items that most Vrbos owners provide for guests (kleenex, starter coffee, band aids, etc.) I will never understand trying to save on items that guests will need and reasonably expect to be at a nice condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had an amazing stay here. Booking, communication and arrival process was a breeze. The condo was really outstanding. Everything was sparkling clean upon arrival. The kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay. The furnishing and bedding were outstanding! Beach access was directly next to the building. The pools were an easy stroll away and very nice. We loved watching 4th of July fireworks from the balcony - an unexpected treat! Great gated community to enjoy a holiday without the crowds. Would definitely stay here again.

Ok but down one bathroom!

At first the condo seemed really lovely. However the second bathroom developed a leak, probably condensation bit it made it almost unusable. We only stayed there to sleep as we were in town visiting family and spent most of our time there. I emailed the host and never heard anything back. The beds were crazy firm and most found them to be very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again mostly because of the lack of response from the service company.

Bumpy start but Best Views and nice Place

The positives are 1) you are getting one of the best views possible at Cinnamon Beach; 2) It is a great location for the resort pools and amenities as well; 3) kitchen was well stocked with all sorts of cooking gadget; and 4) the maintenance staff was very responsive. On the negative side: 1) we got off to a rocky start with a buzzing noise that kept us up the first night (but was quickly fixed the next morning; 2) the shower wouldn't drain but that too was fixed quickly; 3) cleanliness was not great as the under sink was gross and there was a lot of dog/cat hair on chairs, in W/D, etc.; 4) beware that neither shampoo nor tissues are provided.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We live in St. Augustine but Cinnamon Beach condos are a favorite for a long weekend of ocean views, reading and walking the beach. This condo is especially comfortable with lovely furnishings and great Roku tv’s. The screens in the balcony doors could stand replacing but otherwise the unit is in great shape. The community is still building out so you will see construction vehicles. They do regular maintenance on the buildings so we had a noisy crane between us and the ocean for 2 of the days doing roof work. However the sound of waves, sunrises over the ocean and a bonus rocket launch visible from the balcony made up for it! Thank you for allowing our little dog to join us as it is the only way we travel anymore!

Second year staying at 822 Cinnamon Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this condo last year for 1 month, but this year there were new owners, and what a difference! The whole unit was painted and redecorated, including all new furniture. Everything was beautiful,light and beach oriented. We had minor maintenance issues occur and they were taken care of immediately by Chris and John. Crystal was also wonderful solving another issue. The only recommendation we have would be to put grab bars in the showers for safety. Beautiful condo and great management team.
