Beautiful property

The property was beautiful. The amenities were fantastic including two pools. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the provided beach towels too.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable

We had an awesome stay! From the beds to the chairs and couches, the condo was so comfortable. The place was very clean, with no traces if sand anywhere. It was a quiet place, and the security guards are super nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend, and already plan to stay again!

Great location, except disappointing beach

The condo and pools were very nice. We couldn't swim at the beach, though, because of the huge rocks just below the surface. We ended up driving to public beaches during our stay.

Great Family Vacation

Beautiful property, unable to get in the ocean

The property is well maintained, clean and not lacking. The problem is there are giant rocks all along the beach which prohibits you from getting in the water. If I had known this I would have not booked this property. The purpose of this trip was to do all the beach activities which includes getting in the water. There is Crescent beach that is 20 minutes down the road.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying in Cinnamon Beach and we loved it very much. We are already planning out next stay. This condo was perfect for our family. We had several of us of all ages and there was something for teenagers too. They especially enjoyed the clubhouse with games and the pool area. The condo was extremely clean, updated, comfortable and had more than enough dishes and other kitchen accessories. The outside patio furniture was great and the view of the ocean was pretty and relaxing. The association keeps the outside grounds and building very clean. The grounds crew work hard every day to maintain its beauty. We would highly recommend this unit, but we would love to keep it to ourselves.

Last minute r & r near the ocean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our request to book was very last minute. Scott was very helpful in assisting us with our request, and was able to offer us 2 options to choose from. We were quite satisfied with our choice overall. Once we were settled in, however, we noticed some things that I can only describe as"deferred maintenance" by the owner. The door handle on the shower in the primary bathroom fell off constantly. It appeared that attempts were made in the past to glue/tape it in place, but clearly that didn't work. We also had an issue with the dryer. Sometimes it would start, but most often it took many attempts to turn it on. Clearly, a service call was in order. There were the bare minimum of paper products available... 2 partially used rolls of paper towels, a couple of trash bags, one k-cup, and one tea bag. More washcloths are needed as well. Otherwise, there were plenty of towels available. The lanai area could use a thorough cleaning. There were many spider nests along the top of the walls, and the floor needed to be swept and mopped. The table and chairs could use a good scrubbing with a cleaner containing bleach to eliminate the mildew that was present. The owner may want to consider having the cushion cores on both couches replaced, or the couches themselves replaced, as neither was very comfortable. The property is nicely furnished otherwise, and the king bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. Overall, this condo is spacious and comfortable, and has a great view of the ocean and golf course. The fact that it was dog-friendly as well makes it particularly attractive! With some minor corrections and additions by the owner, I'm sure this unit could be the most popular rental on property.

Wonderful Condo

This was a wonderful condo with everything we needed for relaxing and fun family vacation. It is very well maintained and has a great beach vibe. Cinnamon beach community was great with many amenities, including beautiful pools and the ocean a few steps away was beautiful.

The perfect family vacation place

The condo was clean and very nice. There were a few things that need a little TLC and deep cleaning for it to be the perfect place. There were holes in master closet, light in laundry closet not working, rugs were torn and looked very worn, secondary tub was clogged, lights in condo way too dim made condo look dingy, bottom of blender cracked, garbage can lid was broken off, couldn't find pillow cases for extra pillows, black particles and water fell from master bath vent, and the A/C unit over flowed and tripped the hot water tank. Then the hot water tank tripped 3 more times because of rusted parts. Because of that it took forever to shower if we even had hot water. Last for a community with that high of HOA fees why was the spa closed, elevator broken and all the water spouts to clean sand off were not working. A little disappointed because we have stayed here before and it was always perfect. Oh and with all the hot water problems we didnt even get any kind of refund for inconvenience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was clean and much more spacious than the pictures lead you to believe. The place is also gorgeous and the amenities were beautiful and well maintained! The only negative part of our stay was that our condo didn’t have hot water for the entire stay, and maintenance wasn’t available to fix the issue until after our check out. However, as soon as we mentioned that issue to admin, they immediately asked how they could make things right for us, and they offered us a discount on our next stay. Overall, we’re pleased with our experience and can’t wait to go back.
