Welcome to our one level 3BR/2BA well appointed retro coastal chic salt water SOLAR HEATED POOL HOME with screened lanai. The home is close to shopping, eateries, and a short drive to Flagler Beach and Palm Coast's many splendid beaches. Our vacation home is located on a quiet residential street in the Cypress Knoll neighborhood where you'll find a Gary Player designed golf course at the Cypress Knoll Golf & Country Club.

This home blends modern conveniences with a relaxing vibe.

Our spacious open-concept home is filled with artistic touches. It has a master ensuite, split bedroom plan with the common living space in the middle, lending itself to relaxation and cozy get togethers.

Make a lovely meal in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen w/large kitchen island, granite countertops, breakfast nook, dining room and great room (all part of the open-concept common area). Sit, relax and watch a show on the large flat screen tv, read a book, play board games or put a puzzle together; it's all up to you.

The bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed with ample closet space. A king bed and SmartTV in the master bedroom. A queen bed and SmartTV in bedroom 2, two twins beds in bedroom 3 and a futon that converts to a double bed in the study/den.

Come relax in the screened lanai area. Swim in the solar heated salt water poor. Watch hawks fly overhead, cardinals perching on tree branches and feel the soft breeze in your hair.

If golf is your thing, look no further than our community's semi-private Cypress Koll Golf Course with its 18 hole Gary Player designed golf course. There are several other courses in Palm Coast as well.

Walk, bike ride, and take photos along the numerous nature trails in Palm Coast and the Flagler Beaches. You can also ride your bike from Cypress Knoll to Town Center and beyond along the bike paths.

Just a short drive east along SR-100 is Flagler Beach with its retro laid-back vibe, Flagler Beach Pier, and mom & pop owned eateries and shops.

Easy access to SR-100 gets you quickly to Flagler Beach, local shopping, dining and entertainment. Our proximity to I-95 allows you to travel south to Daytona Beach or north to St. Augustine in a short amount of time. Orlando and Jacksonville are about 70-90 minutes away. Beautiful State Park(s) and several beaches nearby.

Come and soak up the sun, read, swim, fish, boogie board, beach-comb, watch the sunrise on the ocean side and the sunset on the intracoastal, the surfers and sometimes the dolphins on the cinnamon-covered beaches of Palm Coast & the Flagler Beaches.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Climate consideration: In Northeast Florida, during the winter months, there are days when the air temperature may not adequately support pool heating. Our salt water pool is SOLAR HEATED and its temperature depends on mother nature. Keeping the solar covers on at night helps keep the pool water warmer. Please consider this climate information when booking as it may affect swimming comfort during the winter months.
