One of the best vacations we’ve had! Management is very responsive and helpful. The house is clean, close to the beach, parks, and shopping. It’s also dog friendly. Our dog, Rocky enjoyed sunbathing by the pool and running around the big back yard.

This property is located in a beautiful neighborhood with access to the waterfront. We enjoyed our visit and it was convenient for us because of family and friends who live nearby. We have booked numerous times in the palm Coast are and it’s definitely our favorite place to visit.

Amazing Thanksgiving

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful house Thanksgiving week with our 2 young adult children and their dog. It was FANTASTIC. The neighborhood was peaceful and the house was close to everything. We drove to the beaches, parks, and St. Augustine. We had not visited this area of Florida and I fell in love with the amount of trails and parks that were available. You got a sense of nature and exercise being an important part of the community. All of us, including our dog, loved sitting at the dock and watching the fish. We were even able to enjoy the pool Thanksgiving day while the food was in the oven. I can't say enough positive things about the property. We would love to return.

Beautiful house, beautiful pool, beautiful canal, centrally located, close to Flagler beach.

Very cozy, clean home. House is centrally located. We enjoyed lazy mornings with coffee on the lanai, afternoon swims, dinner by the beach! This was my happy place!! We plan more stays at this wonderful home!!

Exceptional Stay!

We could not have been happier with our stay in this lovely rental. This home was exceptionally clean, spacious and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and made for a very relaxing weekend. The fenced in yard and gate allowed our aging dog to be safe without worry. Management was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. We have nothing but positive things to say about this property and hope to return again in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Great Place

We cannot say enough good things about this property. It was very clean, spacious and true to the description/picture on the website. Valarie and Jason were very responsive to any questions we had. Yard was great for our four legged kid and the doggie door perfect. Only thing that did not cooperate was the weather. Thank you so much.

Beautiful House, Beautiful Location

The location on the canal was perfect. We were able to fish for a good portion of the time we were there. The pool was very nice as well. Overall great location and great experience.

Great spot!

Our little weekend getaway was great! The house was nice and easy to check in. The fenced in yard was a great feature and made the trip much more relaxing, as we had our dogs. The only draw back was getting past the idea of someone watching the pool camera, while you’re in a swimsuit trying to relax. I understand why the owners have cameras around the property, obviously, but the pool facing one is a little weird to get used to. Overall, great stay and plan to be back soon!

Very nice place but lots of rules

The home is very nice. Clearly has been recently remodeled. Great layout with bedrooms separated on each end of house. Some thoughtful touches like laundry baskets in each closet. Lots of pillows and comfy blankets. The WiFi is great, allowing my husband to work from the rental. The pool had an issue on our first day but Mgmt company was responsive. I gave it 4 stars because it wasn't conducive to relaxation. One towel per person was provided. So had to run laundry more often than should have been necessary. The house rules were extensive, with 5 bullet points dedicated to the proper way to take out the trash. Despite being charged a hefty amount for cleaning, we were expected to strip all the beds, take out our trash, wash all the dishes and put them away. What exactly does the cleaning fee cover?? The "House Rules" state that check-out is 10am and cleaner will be there at 10:15. She actually showed up at 9:45 as we were packing. Again nice property but big miss on the relaxation factor. I would encourage the owners to consider the experience they are creating with the "binder."
