The property was picture perfect. We were very impressed the quality of the appliances and the condition of the property. Anything that we needed or wanted was included. The location was ideal. The host was very responsive and pleasant to work with.

The house was beautiful! We spent most of our time outside around the pool as we were blessed with beautiful weather while there. I loved watching the sunrise on the dock every morning! Also enjoyed morning walks as it is a very nice neighborhood. Matt was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had. We would love to come back again!

Spring break

We had a great time! The house is on a channel where we saw dolphins every morning. The kids caught fish in the channel and we enjoyed the kayaks! The pool and hot tub were clean and very nice to have! We chose to heat the pool and hot tub. The beach access that is the closest is Jungle Hut Park. There is free parking and it’s not busy. Flagler beach was close as well about 15 minutes and free parking. You do have to pay 3.00 to cross the bridge to jungle hut park but you can buy a pass for 26 trips for 20 if you plan to go to the beach a lot. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. The beach items were all in good shape and the beach chairs were very nice to have. The kitchen had all the utensils you would need. The beds were comfortable. There is a nice park just down the road with basketball courts and a splash pad. There is a Walmart and Publix very close. The house is on a dead end road that is low traffic. Matt is very quick to respond via text if you need anything or need to adjust the pool temp. This was a nice quiet location within about 30 minutes to Daytona if you want a busier beach. Snack Jacks in Flagler has 1/2 price 1 pound steamed shrimp on Mondays and Tuesdays and is directly on the beach. This was a nice place and we had a great time!

Great home in Palm Coast

Stayed the entire month of February. Enjoyed the home and Palm Coast. Beautiful place to stay when in Palm Coast. Close to restaurants and beach. Enjoyed the heated pool the entire month. House is very clean and well equipped. Not one issue the entire month!! Dolphins visited us a few times while there. Perfect!!

Christmas Vacation

We absolutely loved this home! The pool & hot tub were lovely to have & the game room was an absolute hit! Matt was a complete pleasure to work with! This house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It’s clean, spacious & nicely decorated. Beds are very comfy. We would love to come back again!

Amazing place!!!!

I can’t say enough about Matt and this amazing property! The house was everything we hoped it would be and the host is the best. Super clean, plenty of dock space for our 34 foot boat and plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained after a day on the boat. Location is great and the neighborhood is quiet! We will be staying again and again!!!!

Great Family Vacation House

Much needed week of relaxation!

My family and I loved this vacation home. It was our third trip to Palm Coast in The last 3 years and this was by far our favorite rental. The game room and kayaks were used every day. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and accommodating.

Great stay!

The house was super clean and we felt right at home! We did not even sit inside in the living area, we were outside the entire time when we weren’t sleeping. We did pay to heat the pool and it was perfect. I wanted to see how the pool temperature was before deciding to heat. It wasn’t freezing but the heating made it great. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had what we needed for our 8 day stay. I would absolutely love to stay again. Matt was very communicative and answered quickly if we had any questions. Great place to stay and location in Palm Coast makes it very accessible for getting around. Thank you! We had a relaxing time !

Beautiful Home on canal

We stayed in this property for 2 1/2 months. This home is beautiful and well maintained. Very clean. It sits on a peaceful canal which my husband enjoyed kayaking on and where I liked to sit and read. Matt, the owner, was very responsive and answered us right away whenever we contacted him. He came over a couple of times to perform minor repairs when we asked also. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and it’s very close to a Publix. That being said, the only downside was Palm Coast has very little to do and very few restaurants.

Cozy house

The house was beautiful inside and out. The owners were very responsive. Very quiet neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this home it was very well stocked with anything you might need. We loved the pool and game room. Will definitely return.

Perfect getaway!

We had amazing stay at Matt's house. The kids loved the pool, the well equipped games room, and using the kayaks provided on the canal, whilst my wife and I relaxed on the outdoor sofas by the pool. The house was exactly as described in the listing. The house was well equipped with everything we needed in a quiet neighbourhood. Matt was very responsive in all our communications. We all had an amazing time and I thoroughly recommend.

Fun family vacation in Palm Coast

We had an amazing Christmas vacation week at Matt & Roxana's property in Palm Coast, Fla. Leading up to and throughout our stay, the property hosts were very communicative and helpful in answering questions. Their home is just as they posted, very nicely decorated and had all the necessities (and more) to make for a very comfortable stay. The outdoor area was perfect to relax as a family - large screened in lanai area with pool, hot tub and plenty of outdoor seating. We had a wonderful visit and hope to be back again next year!

This home is beautifully furnished and comfortable. The setting is very relaxing with the pool and saltwater canal. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Good restaurants nearby (our favorite was Mezzaluna in the European Village). We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great property!

We loved our stay at this home. The house was very clean and had what we needed to enjoy our stay and not have to pack/purchase a bunch of stuff for the beach. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys there for us to use which was so nice. A couple of us enjoyed the kayaks on the canal and took a bike ride through the neighborhood. We had the pool heated and it was so nice to be able to swim and not get so cold (I hate a cold pool lol). And the hot tub was so nice as well. Right outside the pool is an outdoor shower where we could shower off from the beach and easy access to a bathroom for the kids. We had some hiccups with the hot tub but Matthew was excellent at corresponding with me and getting everything addressed. The jungle but beach access was great and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. We found tons of beautiful shells and lots of crabs at night 🦀. The kids love finding crabs with their flashlights and I don’t think we’ve ever seen quite so many! We had a great stay and would definitely come back.
