We loves the house and the neighborhood. Pool was nice and spent many hours sitting at bar till bedtime. Kitchen needs more containers for leftover, beautiful kitchen. Didn’t want to go. Would stay here again.

We liked our stay in Palm Harbor. The house met all of our needs and we really enjoyed the outdoor living space. We even saw dolphins as we were kayaking through the canals. We would recommend this stay as it was convenient to shops and restaurants.

The outdoor space was highlight of the house. It got too cold to enjoy it during our entire visit but on our nice days we were out there the entire time. My children also loved having their own bedrooms. House was well stocked with towels, blankets and kitchen items. Host was responsive when I had a question after checking in. Location was nice. Overall a great stay.

House was nice and plenty of space for our family. Had a problem the first few nights with the pool and spa heater not heating properly which was a bummer. Had a pool tech come to the house working to fix the problem. Eventually sorted it out. Overall a good stay

Easy check in. Gorgeous view. Great dock for fishing. Paid the extra for heated spa and pool, which were both nice. There were a few maintenance items that needed to be reported.

This place is wonderful. It’s very clean and spacious. Definitely pet friendly. We do not have children so our dog is our life. We book places based on her and it’s a great house for traveling with pets. We could enjoy the pool while she ran around in the pool area. The kitchen is fantastic, that’s a big must for us since we are big cooks. It’s centrally located and extremely quiet. We like that the master is off to itself for privacy as we had family with us. Alina is very quick in responding to questions, this is the second time we have booked with her and she is very accommodating. The pool area is lovely and peaceful. We will definitely book this house again in the spring if it’s available. The only problem we had was that 8 days just wasn’t long enough!!! We LOVE Palm Coast!!!

Very nice home

We had a very nice stay for 2 weeks at the canal front home. Upon arrival we felt the home was clean, although had a dog food odor which went away over time. The bedrooms were nice, the beds were very firm. We spent most of our time outside which was beautiful. The outdoor fan and light doesn’t work, and the leaves above the bar were constantly coming down. We couldn’t connect to any of the audio devices in and out of the home, which would have been nice. We still had a wonderful stay!

All in one vacation

Lets just say, our family did not want to leave. We had so much fun and with the pool, jacuzzi, card games, fuzball, fishing when ever we wanted. We had all we needed for a very nice relaxing and peaceful vacation. And the kitchen and outside kitchen made our stay even better. We had a great barbecue family time. We had all we needed and our stay was beyond our expectations. Alina answered all our questions fast and responded to all our needs. I will definitely book again.

Family Christmas Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! Hubby and I traveled with our adult children. The house was loved by all and the perfect size for us! We saw Green sea turtles and dolphins almost daily from the dock. The pool was lovely. The hot tub didn't get hot enough but we enjoyed the heated pool. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely home great amenities

The home was perfect for our family of 4. We have two adult children. Very clean! The kitchen had everything you need, and the large refrigerator was a bonus, especially since we stayed during Thanksgiving. The dock was great for our boat. It took us a bit to figure out the spa and pool heating but once we got it figured out we were good to go. Alina and her crew responded quickly to our questions.

Great time at the Salty Turtle

Stayed for mom’s 84th birthday and she enjoyed everything about the property especially the ability to go fishing from the dock. It was a hit with the whole family. The property looked like the pictures and had everything listed in the description.

Even with a couple issues still 5 Star

The house was great as was the pool! We enjoyed the house having 2 separate areas of rooms on each side of the home. The kitchen was large enough to enjoy cooking in and after learning how to use the appliances we were set. We had a couple hiccups but everything was taken care of quickly and made right. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe staying there. I would stay here again for sure= everyone had a great time and the host was very fast to respond to any questions!

Communication was amazing. Easy check in and out. We brought pool toys and beach chairs, but no need to they have them. Great place to stay. We had 8 people and very spacious and comfortable.

Relaxing vacation

House has plenty of room for a family. Pool area was great with plenty of room and areas with shade. Only thing on the negative is they need more silverware and cups. Had 8 forks and only 2 glasses that weren’t coffee cups or wine glasses. Bring/buy plastic wear and plastic cups if staying here. Also had no grilling utensils if you plan on grilling.

Salty Breeze is a Gem

Entering Salty Breeze is walking into a spacious, beautiful villa, and a cozy feel. The pictures are accurate and can only be appreciated by one's own tour. My husband and I are young, senior citizens in our 80s, and the one floor concept is welcoming. All exterior access is well thought out in safety and ambiance. Family arrived shortly thereafter, and noted that granddaughter's birthday week would be unforgettable. Granddaughter's perks were a salt water pool, hot tub, dock for kayaking, and a chandelier in her bedroom. Ah, to be 13. Actually, the benefits of a salt water pool for our skin were enjoyed by all. We did see dolphins in the canal. Loved the enormous refrigerator/freezer. We were familiar with the Miele range, and impressed with the combination stove/microwave. For family togetherness, the size of the kitchen enabled each of us to participate in meal preparation. I brought from home a digital thermometer, culinary sizzors, knife, Brita pitcher, SOS pads, seran wrap, heavy duty foil paper, non-scratch sponges, liquid hand soap, kitchen trash bags, and kitchen hand towels. The amenities provided were generous and appreciated.Thoughtful gesture, Alina, to comment what is not provided. Also, thank you for your quick response to questions, and a smooth rental process. Out and about, it was great to return to Salty Breeze and the quiet neighborhood to enjoy our own paradise. Thinking positive, return in 2025 as there are gems at S.B. to be discovered.

Overall very good stay

This home was a very good place to spend our week. It is very close to everything, the pool was great, beds were very comfortable, with a very nice and quiet neighborhood if you enjoy a more secluded stay. Overall I would recommend to all for a nice vacation.

Relaxing stay

Would definitely stay here again. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the bikes and kayaks as well as the pool area. We bought paper plates and plastic cups to use at the pool area since there weren’t any plastic options at the house and wish there was more silverware and glasses for our group of 8 but all in all had a great time here! Loved the quiet location.

Nice but had some issues

Great neighborhood and close to St. Augustine and beaches. House was nice, spacious, and accommodated all my guests. But there were some issues... I found a closet door in one of the bedrooms off its hinges just leaning against the shelf inside of it. Texted the property manager to let them know that it was like that when we arrived. They offered to have it repaired but I said no it was okay. --The repair should have been done before we arrived.-- Management and I had a miscommunication on whether or not the pool was heated. Checkin/Checkout manual located in the VRBO had a page in it that stated they did not heat the pool (I later found out via Management that the page was outdated and was asked to throw it away which I did). After a discussion with Management, I asked for a refund for the pool heater fee which was refunded. Management then sent me an email to let me know that they left the pool heater on for us to enjoy, which was very nice of them. BUT when I checked my credit card statement when I got home, management charged me again for the pool heater fee. Once again I had to contact them to issue another refund. The VRBO was clean when we arrived but the cleaning company left a white tip envelope (if the guests felt they went above and beyond cleaning) on the dresser near the front door. I was truly baffled as I have NEVER stayed in a VRBO that had a tip envelope anywhere. Management should take the tip out of the cleaning fee I paid.

Great stay!

Book this house, you won't be disappointed. Great location, lots of room, awesome pool and dock. My family loved the house and had a great vacation there. I highly recommend!
