We enjoyed our stay ! The condo was beautiful and comfortable. Very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare and cook our meals. Sue was amazing!! She check in with us to see if we needed anything when we arrived and during our stay. We will definitely be booking again!!!

Awesome Condo!

The condo was perfect with everything that we could need. We loved the view & how close we were to the beach and pools. We liked the way that the kids room was decorated- so beachy looking. One of the things that we appreciated a lot was the black out curtain in the kids room & curtains in the guest room too. We'd love to be able to come back again. The host was so helpful with details about the area which was so nice of her.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this property. The location is very nice and the property is very spacious. A very nice and friendly owner. The only negatives were: 1) a bit dusty (just an over site by the cleaning crew and 2) this particular beach area has a lot of rocks - the owner is totally upfront about this issue. If you want a nice, relaxing property - with an awesome view - stay here!

Beautiful Condo

The condo itself is beautiful. It is spacious, comfortably furnished and clean, though the carpet could use a little bit of attention. There is garage parking and an elevator. Our view from the balcony was amazing, the beach is long and wide and cinnamon colored. Sue is an awesome host, very involved and super communicative. She even helped me secure beach gear and plan other trip details prior to arriving. My only complaint is the beach is not great for being in the water and not really what we were looking for. Sue informed me of this when I booked, but it was still a surprise to me just how many rocks there were, making it pretty much impossible to get in the water during low tide. During high tide, there were some areas where you could get in the water. Weather seems to be a factor and some years, the rocks are not visible, but in 2023, they are definitely there. There are public beaches just a few minutes away that are suitable for swimming and playing in the waves and we did spend two days on those beaches. The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores, not far from St. Augustine and NASA and the space coast are only about 90 minutes away. If sitting in the sand and walking the beach is your idea of beach time, then this condo is the place for you. But, if you want to be in the water, just be aware that this location will have some challenges.

Our new favorite place!

Our vacation was hands down the absolute best and smoothest experience we’ve ever had on a family vacation. Our condo was clean, easily accessible, well furnished, and all around perfect for our family. Sue was quick to get back to me with any questions that I had and had so many recommendations. The beach was extremely clean and the perfect place to look for shells and sea glass. Thank you so much Sue for the best stay! Our family will definitely be back!

Amazing view!

We loved our stay and are already planning a return trip. It’s a great location for families with littles who want to spend time at the beach (or pool) without trekking too far. Honestly I don’t think the pictures do it justice. The ceilings are high. The ocean view is incredible and it’s super spacious. We can’t wait to return.

The only issue is the pools closed 30 minutes before sunset, despite the signs indicating that the ocean pool was open until 7 and the lake pool open until 9, which is still very early.

Cant go wrong with Cinnamon Beach!

Condo was just perfect, it had everything you need, chairs, umbrella, beach towels. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. By far the cleanest condo, we have ever rented. Susan was pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable about the area. The only downside is the beach is not swimmable, which we knew. So we drove to Mantanzas beach, so my daughter could swim there a bit. Cinnamon beach does have two beautiful pools and this time a year the ocean is a little chilly anyaway. We had a wonderful vacation and would rent from this company again.

Great beachfront location.

Three generations who love the ocean were together for the week. The condo was model home decorated, clean, comfortable, had the basics and some extras like fancy kitchen, beach towels, chairs and umbrella. We really enjoyed our time together. Yummy seafood close by to take out, eat in and we bought shrimp to boil at home. There are rocks on the beach but just be aware when it is high tide- not a problem otherwise. Our only observation was it doesn’t feel “loved.” In other places we have stayed there were games, puzzles, books and the cooking basics- Pam, oil…. Just a heads up to bring your own. Thanks for a great week with our family and the beautiful Buck full Moon.

Paradise in Palm Coast

This property was exactly as promised - perfection! From the beautifully appointed furnishings to the incredible view of the ocean, this unit was absolutely gorgeous! While sitting on the balcony we saw dolphins, turtles swimming in the ocean, and fresh tracks on the sand where a new turtle nest had appeared overnight. Sue was so kind to not only recommend a wonderful book (Maria) to help us more fully enjoy the history of St Augustine, but also provided wonderful recommendations to local restaurants. The entire experience (and this first-rate unit) was just so tremendous for our family, that it made for a week that we’ll forever be grateful for!

Spectacular Vacation Spot

We were impressed with the property completely. The beautiful grounds, the quality of the accommodations, the ease to get around the town, the cleanliness of the condo and beach. It's a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The property was just as shown in the photos.

Wonderful view!

The view from the patio is looking at the ocean. Beautiful! The condo was very clean and had starter items like toilet paper, Kleenex, detergent, etc. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, a keirug/coffee pot. We ate out for every dinner, so we never looked at the pots or pans. The owner was very helpful with suggesting restaurants and had a binder with things to do, like going to St. Augustine. We would definitely book this condo again!!

Great Getaway

Super clean with beautiful ocean views and just steps to the beach. I had the added fortune of perfect weather over Christmas so I was able to enjoy many beach days without needing to get in my car and drive there. Sue was great with communication and making sure I had all the information I needed.

Excellent condo and host

Sue was a great host and communicated with us the same day that we booked her condo. She provided details on the area and made restaurant recommendations. The condo was spacious and spotless. The only drawback is the gated community. The grill at the pool was closed and while the Publix is close by restaurants are a trek.

Great long weekend getaway

The condo exceeded expectations. You can’t beat the view and the sound of the waves crashing from the covered deck. Property management was very communicative and equally as passionate about what a nice place this is to stay. This is a very big condo and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is exceptional as well. We will be back!

Spring Break 2021

This condo was beautiful and very clean. It was so much nicer in person than the pictures show. It was very comfortable and homey. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The balcony was huge and overlooked the beautiful ocean. We loved our stay here and would recommend this to anyone. This was our first trip to Cinnamon Beach. We would 100% stay here again. Sue was so nice and easy to work with. I can’t say enough great things about this property.
