This place was absolutely beautiful. The views are amazing and the pool area was very nice with an excellent grille/bar poolside restaurant. Well-equipped, nice balcony, great response from owner and property staff. We loved it!

Cinnamon Beach is Great!

Fantastic location looking out at the Atlantic Ocean. The entire property was well maintained and secure! All in all, a great property.

Great condo

Super clean, well appointed, just like photos. Top floor view is fantastic, and sitting outside in the morning for coffee over looking the ocean was nothing short of perfect. Plenty of food places on palm coast parkway, and the area is one of my family’s favorite beach getaways.

Amazing place

We loved it here and definitely will be back. The apartment was exactly as pictured and described. Immaculately clean. Quiet and a very comfortable balcony with stunning views and sounds of the ocean. Management was quickly responsive to any questions. The beach is beautiful, although definitely not a swimming beach with the rocks at the tide line, but the seaside pool is just a half block away and it is lovely.

Love the community and everything it has offer! Had some small gaps in communication and cleanliness issues (generally the risk when a property manager is involved), but overall a great stay.

Very nice, clean property. Awesome ocean view.

You don't even have to crack the sliding door open to hear the sound of the waves. Excellent. Will book again when we are in Palm Coast.

Great location clean place

Very nice stay. Clean, beautiful decor, etc. Had beach chairs and tons of towels. A little lacking on pans and zero kitchen consumables, as in no coffee filters, no oil at all, and no salt and pepper. Other units in complex have been stocked more. But knowing that going in shouldn't be an issue, as you can plan for it. Really great location, ocean so loud and beautiful sunrise views, good balcony orientation. Thanks for great stay.

Wonderful time at Cinnamon beach

Cinnamon beach is beautiful. Condo was good. Several things needed to be addressed but for most part was taken care of once management was notified. Couch needs updating, small things like missing batteries for TV and no instructions how to get live TV working. Location and condo in perfect place. Will definitely want to return.

I would recommend watching for rocks along ocean enters if tide is up but beautiful area and good places to eat and check out Sally’s ice cream in Flagler

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our vacation at 664 Cinnamon Beach! The million dollar view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing and where we spent the majority of our time watching and listening to the waves. The condo is spacious. The kitchen has quality dishes and pans. We appreciated having resort features like the adult pool and workout facility and we felt safe in the gated community. We loved the uncrowded, quiet beach! It's not a swimming beach though, lots of big rocks just beyond the water line. We did not swim in the ocean, but we did put some miles in walking the coquina shell beach (where it gets its cinnamon color). It's walkable barefoot, but you might want to wear shoes or sandals if you have sensitive feet. The unit is close to Publix and A1A Fisheries where you can get fresh fish. Cinnamon Beach Vacation Rentals are awesome to work with and provide excellent customer service. If you need something, they are on it immediately. We are already planning a return trip!

This was our first stay at 664 and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our son came to visit and he really appreciated the desk, since he had to work during his stay. Only drawback was the uncomfortable sofa. Minor, but needed to mention. See y'all next May.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: #664 Cinnamon Beach property was a good place to stay . We loved the lanai, the view was to die for . Walks on the beach twice a day . The one strange thing was the counter stools . The counter was bar height but the stools were counter height so they were of no use . The beds were very comfortable. The master bathroom was large with a great shower and soaking tub. We were very close to Publix and several restaurants. Our favorite restaurants were Nextdoor in Flagler Beach and the Atlantic Grill a short drive away. Also great pizza at Bronx Pizza on 1A .

Loved this property! Cozy and felt like home! Clean and had amazing views

Renting was great. We got there 20 mins early and was told we couldn’t access the property til 4 because check in was at 4. But they didn’t even ask our unit number to check the status. The property was amazing: beach access great! The club house pool was rather warm and the pool surround was very slick. However we do hope to return to this property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we really enjoyed our rental. Our specific unit had a great view of the beach, which was probably the best attribute. However for the price, there were a few things that were disappointing. The Sleep Number bed did not work, and the ceiling fan on the balcony did not work. The couch cushions were showing signs of wear and not comfortable to sit on.It would be helpful to have some sort of directions on how to operate the TV remotes, as it was confusing to have to use both remotes for each TV.

Wonderful Winter Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed and extended our planned stay. The unit was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The views of the ocean and beach from the unit and balcony were spectacular. What a treat to see the sunrises over the ocean right from our bed! This was our first visit to Cinnamon Beach and we were impressed. The complex offers many amenities and is impeccably maintained. We followed the recommended security gate requirements so access was seamless. Nice bike trails, kayaking, and restaurants close by. We definitely plan to return!

The property was clean and well suited for our party of 6. We did have a minor issue with the air conditioning that both the property manager and the owner responded to immediately. I highly recommend the property for a relaxing vacation. It was 40 minutes' drive from Saint Augustine.
