The house was very nice and the inside was immaculate. It had everything you needed. Bed was comfortable. Loved the fenced back yard for our dog. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The pool and pool area were a plus but both should be pressure cleaned. We enjoyed our stay and would rent it again.

This property was wonderful and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It was very clean and spacious, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We brought our two dogs, and they absolutely loved the fenced-in yard. I would note that if you have a very small dog, you may want to keep a close eye on them, as they could potentially slip under the fence since it doesn’t go all the way to the ground.The pool and hot tub were both fantastic and a highlight of our stay! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and all appliances worked perfectly. It was also a nice bonus to have access to pool floats, beach chairs, and an umbrella.Lastly, the host was absolutely wonderful to work with. Any time we had a question, they responded right away. We would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect for what we were looking for

The house is exactly as described in the listing and was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from everything you need. We had a little issue when we first arrived due to some lack of info in the check-in instructions but even though it was around 10pm, the property manager responded quickly and solved our issue. Great communication before, during, and following our stay. We will definitely stay here again when down that way.

Great place!

I’m from the area, but now live in ME. My family and I decided to rent in a neighborhood I’m familiar with. The area is great for families, safe, quiet, and close to stores/restaurants, and Flagler Beach. The house was beautiful, beds were very comfortable, showers were great, pool was nice. Also loved the beach chairs/umbrella available as those items are expensive to purchase locally.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! We came down for bike week and had 8 people and enjoyed the neighborhood and home itself! The only reason for 4 star and not 5 for overall is due to the pool warmer/hot water not being very hot. Other than this, it’s an excellent place for escaping reality and a very nice place!

Great for Families

A beautiful home in a quiet safe neighborhood. The space is just as described. We enjoyed the pool and visiting nearby beaches and sites with family. Beds were comfy, nice hot showers, and awesome kitchen. They have a high chair and pack n play onsite. Only wish there were more area rugs as the floor can get very slippery coming in from the pool. Was a great time and would definitely book again!

Baca Getaway!

Wife, kids, and I stayed Oct 11-19 just a few days after hurricane Milton! Even with the hurricane everything was amazing. House and property were clean and excellent. Beautiful area with friendly neighborhood. Pool and hot tub were awesome and had floats and some toys to go with it. Overall we had a amazing stay here and would deffinately come again!

Nice house and area.

Our family came for our summer vacation. Had a great time. House was exactly as described. Very nice & clean. The manager/owner was very responsive whenever we reached out. Even picked up one of the bicycles to replace one of the tire tubes & had it back the same day. Great area- lots of stores relatively close. Did day trips to Daytona, St Augustine, & Flagler Beach. Had a great time at all 3. Neighborhood was very quiet. Would definitely come back.

Excellent Vacation House for Family

Spent a week spring break with my family in Florida. Excellent pool area, the kids loved it. The kitchen was used for every day cooking and barbecuing. Kitchen was especially spacious and easy to organize our stuff. the extra bedrooms were comfortable for my Parents and Sister and her children. This place is excellent if you want to go to the nearby towns like St. Augustine and Daytona beach. Also a good spot to stay if your seeing family and friends and can make a trip to Disney World. The house was very spacious and bright and clean. I was able to get restful sleep as the private neighborhood was quiet. Our corgi loved the place as the space gave us enough privacy in the Master Bedroom and provided nice bedrooms for our family guests. Everything was clean and organized. They had the essentials in for cooking and cleaning and they had an excellent samsung washer dryer. The TVs were east to use. They were able to provide additional ameneties which proved very helpful. Overall, we had an very good experience and our vacation whizzed by without any issues.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

We were welcomed into this beautiful and spacious home. Neutral colors and uncluttered. The kitchen was one of the best I’ve stayed in, but there wasn’t a lot of glassware. there were plenty of plastic glasses, including wine glasses to take to the pool, so we used those for indoor use. Appliances were top notch and everything worked with no surprises. The house was also very clean. The pool area had plenty of chaise lounges and chairs and there were no tears in the screening of the cage. I did notice a little green around the bottom of the pool upon arrival. This would eventually get worse and by the fourth day of our six day stay, the pool was green and cloudy and no one wanted to venture into it. The spa portion of the pool was delightful and not impacted by the pool’s condition. I think there was just some minor maintenance needed to get the pool back in shape. One note, while there is a railing to get into the spa/whirlpool tub, there are no railing to assist getting in and out of the pool. This could be a problem for some people. The only thing that I found lacking is perhaps something that someone else would find appealing: location. There doesn’t seem to be much to do in Bunnell proper (with the exception of the Southern Table Restaurant), but you are within a half hour or so from Ormond Beach, Daytona and St. Augustine. Overall, this is a great home, perfect for couples or those traveling with children. There were bikes in the garage and a nice grill.

Spring Break

Beautiful house in a good location easy access to st Augustine and also Daytona. Loved how spacious it was. Pool and hot tub were nice and warm. Our only complaint is that is was not well stocked. We had to constantly do laundry because there was one towel per person. Not many pots/pans no Tupperware. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing

This is a lovely spacious home with great amenities. The two bicycles I quite enjoyed cycling around the quiet community. The neighbours were nice and friendly as well. I enjoyed seeing some deer and wild turkeys and little alligators as well. There is a small IGA three minutes away in Bunnell which has everything you basically need. The pool and hot tub were warm and luxurious. Our family quite enjoyed playing on the little ping-pong table as well to pass the time. It is conveniently located for easy drives to Saint Augustine or to Flagler Beach or to the Casements/Rockefeller winter home in Ormond Beach. Wanted to go to Deland to see the Stetson mansion but unfortunately it was closed currently. The Bulow sugar plantation ruins is also a great sight to see. I’d be happy to make a return trip and stay here any time to see more of the sites.
