We enjoyed our stay and do plan on returning to this home. This was our 2nd stay, and found this home to be perfect for our needs. Very comfortable, clean, and very quiet neighborhood.Did most our meals in the home, the kitchen had what we needed to create wonderful meals. It was actually very enjoyable cooking in the kitchen while watching the large TV, then being able to continue watching TV outside at the table in the screened in Lani poolside. A very enjoyable vacation looking forward to another stay....

The house was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We appreciated having access to the garage, which made it easy to store our sandy beach gear and coolers. The included beach amenities—such as chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board—were a thoughtful touch. We even left an additional boogie board we purchased for future guests with children, as it was very useful for our family.The patio area and small yard were lovely, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for our eight-day stay. The coffee maker was excellent and came with a nice variety of coffees and teas to sample (for future guests, these are stored in the drawer beneath the coffee maker).One drawback was the master bedroom mattress, which was extremely firm and left us waking up sore each morning. Additionally, I reached out to the host multiple times through the VRBO app and the provided phone number regarding an issue with the pool not heating properly. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response until after our departure that asked for a review/rating, but the concern was never addressed.Because we paid almost 400 to heat the pool for the week, it was disappointing that the adults were only able to use it comfortably for two daytime swims, as it remained too cold in the evenings. I believe the listing would benefit from clearly stating that pool heating comes at an additional cost, along with the specific price, so future guests can make informed decisions.

Great property, clean home, great pool, nice grill. The property manager, Alina, was quick to respond. Booking, check in and check out experience was easy. Overall 5 stars. The only thing we have to mention is that some windows couldn't be locked because the window locks appeared to be broken. And the middle bedroom on the left side with the east facing window should have room darkening curtains due to the bright morning sun. Otherwise,

Quiet Getaway with Lots of Space and Comfort

My husband and I stayed for a week with our 2 dogs. Location was in a quiet neighborhood perfect for walking the dogs and fenced in back yard perfect to let them out for a play. The pool was clean and screened in porch kept bugs away. House was clean and bright. Lots of space for future stays to bring family and friends. Would highly recommend.

Family time in Palm Coast

The house was nice and very clean. The pool was lots of fun, grandkids loved it. The only negative is that we like our bedroom real cool at night and the temperature will not go below 70. So we were too hot at night, maybe a bigger ceiling fan in the master would help. Other than that it was great.

Wonderful

Great house, super clean pool and the option of heat for the pool was an added plus! Plenty of stores nearby, walking paths or bike paths. The house has plenty of room and a garage. The house is clean and the neighborhood is quiet. For travelers with a dog the backyard is completely fenced in. There is a $3 toll on Palm Coast pwky to get in A1A but no toll coming back. There are other non toll options as well. Thank you sharing your home

House had plenty of room for 6 adults. Very clean. Pool was a plus. Very quiet neighborhood. My only critique is the towels/linen were low quality-towels hard and scratchy, pillowcases rough. Overall we were very pleased and would stay again.

A must stay in Palm Coast

The house is immaculate, well stocked with anything you may need for your stay. Close to area shopping and just a short drive to the beach. A clean well maintained and family friendly quite neighborhood. Pet friendly was a plus and a great peaceful pet friendly beach nearby was Varn Park. If you love seafood you must check out Red Crab, amazing selection. Grogeous very clean pool. We did have our AC go out one night and it was pretty hot for 24 hours. A little slow to get back with us given the extreme heat. Once they contacted soneone it was fixed the next day. Overall I would give it a 7 out of 10

House was pretty much as advertised however floors were just installed and crinkle when you walk on them. Also property management firm falsely advertises 24 hr cancellation policy and then sends you a contract with 30 day canx policy - intentionally.
