Fun hidden gem!

Pulling up, we weren't super thrilled, but then we opened the gate and fell in love immediately! Myself & kids said this was WAY better than a hotel. It was just me and my 11 & 8 year old, and they totally dug it. Our room was the best part! Loved the Marvin Gaye album we played on repeat, the bathroom was so cool, Bed was comfy for 3 and the lounging area was awesome - so cute! So happy there was a hot tub, I don't think it was clear in the listing that it was there. Pool was warm for November. All in all, would visit again!

Palm Springs Stay

I stayed at this VRBO property in Palm Springs with three friends and while the property and amenities were great, it was advertised for four people but felt cramped. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others.

Great location

The location was wonderful- we were able to walk along the river every day and because of all the rain the river was flowing. There were some glitches with the property- the Wi-Fi was iffy, the main light connected to the ceiling fan did not work, the tv did not work, there was a microwave and toaster but the dishes provided were not microwave safe, the floors were polished concrete but there were chunks missing from the floors, the shower pan was tiled with backsplash tile which was very slippery, there was no Kleenex and there was no maid service (which was fine because we like to clean up after ourselves). The outdoor space was absolutely lovely with the pool, jacuzzi, and lounge area! The parking was super convenient. The property itself is somewhat of a hybrid between a hotel and a condo. It was a good value overall.

Short Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Tahquitz River Estates. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The bikes, ping pong table, and grill area were nice for an afternoon by the pool. The location was great, very centrally located and close to restaurants and a nearby walking trail. We would definitely stay here again!

AvantStay Palm Springs

We loved the location, the decorating, and the vibe. The wifi was extremely weak and spotty our entire visit. The kitchen should be stocked with simple items like cutting boards, tongs for the grill, steak knives, etc. Plastic dishes were marked not microwave safe. No items available to use in microwave. Our patio was screened by curtains that separated in the wind and exposed old walls, boards, etc. No real effort to make this a welcoming space. We did not mind the concrete floors, but upon entering our room there was a long patch of rough, broken concrete that was uncomfortable to walk on and not sealed in any way. The people who worked there were all very nice.

Great little modern getaway

The pool and amenities in the center courtyard are refreshing and a great focal point. It’s very quiet and we loved how private it was. The staff was terrific. We had an issue with hot water in our unit and they responded very quickly.

A sweet night in Palm Springs

We made a last minute plan to go to Palm Springs and liked the pictures and price of Wesley suites. The studio room was clean and stylish with a kitchenette. We loved the hot jacuzzi! There were three of us so it would have been optimal to have the master bed in a separate room, but we made it work. It's a perfect space for a couple or a family with one kid.

Room and property are really cute, as pictured

Clean. Easy parking. Loved having free access to the bikes since the location is about a mile from the heart of downtown PS. Fire pit was nice for chilly evenings. A few of the other guests had dogs, which we loved but wouldn't be good if you have allergies. Only thing that was annoying was having to download their app to get the access instructions instead of just getting the info through VRBO.
