This property was perfect for a family of 5- (3 children ages 21, 19, 15) spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and the towels were new and a plenty! Nathan and Alex the owners/managers were amazing to deal with- friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and quick to respond! We had a problem with someone named Lisa at check in which became a stress! You are supposed to email and let the owner/ manager know your arrival time- check in is 4:00 at this property. I did so a bit late as we were riding ATV’s in the desert an hour and a half away from the property so I sent Lisa a 4:30 check in request. I never heard back from her so I tried to call her, I got her voice mail and left a voice message. She never bothered to respond to my text or VM so my family arrives at the property at 4:20 we sit in the driveway until 4:40 at which point I call her and ask when she will arrive to which she responds she can come later that evening (it’s Christmas Eve and we have 7pm dinner plans) or tomorrow morning (Christmas) because she is shopping and getting “last minute Christmas stuff done” and asks if that night or tomorrow will work for us!!! We have not been given ANY access or information on how to get into this property at this point and were told by owners/managers that Palm Springs requires you be met at the house by someone before your stay to sign some papers. I tell it’s not alright that we’ve paid to stay the night so she says oh there is a lock box gives us the code and we let ourselves in. The rest of my stay became about her calling and texting me asking me when she could come by and get these papers signed- it was stressful and annoying! If they get Lisa on board with being professional and doing her job I’d say you cannot go wrong staying here and will enjoy every minute of your stay in Palm Springs!
