Beautiful home, horrible experience.
The property itself is beautiful with a great layout and large backyard, but our stay was disappointing due to several issues. The rules inside the home contradicted what was listed online, including a threat about being removed if we had a service animal, despite prior approval. We also paid extra to have the pool heated to 90F, but it wasn’t, and we were unable to swim. Despite calling and texting over 20 times, we got no response until much later, and the pool technician arrived unannounced on Thursday, not the promised Monday or Wednesday.I was also injured when the umbrella fell and pinned me to the ground. The property had maintenance issues like broken chairs, unvacuumed carpets, dirty dishes, and a broken curtain. We were not informed in advance that we’d need to strip beds, start the dishwasher, and take out the trash, which was disappointing given the high cleaning fee.The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and we had issues with communication throughout the stay. We were promised callbacks and resolutions that never happened. While the house has great potential, the lack of follow-through and poor communication made this experience frustrating and disappointing
