    This beautiful unit is located right on the beach in the highly sought after Sterling Reef Condominiums.

    This unit is located on the 10th floor.

    Sterling Reef is located on Front Beach Road within walking distance to Shipwreck Island, a waterpark great for the whole family. With multiple waterslides, pools and a lazy river, Shipwreck Island is a great way to beat the heat.


    NEWER COMPLEX! Big balcony overlooking the fabulous Emerald Green Waters of the Gulf Coast. This vacation condominium features two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

    The ocean front master bedroom has a spectacular view of the gulf of mexico and a sliding glass door to the balcony. It has a flat screen tv and KING SIZE BED. Also has a private bathroom with garden tub/shower combo.

    In the secondary bedroom there is a twin size bed and also a bunk bed with a twin over full and a flat screen TV.

    This complex has a seasonally heated pool with a Large Barbecue both are located Gulfside.

    The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and with access to the ocean front balcony with enough room for balcony dining.

It was a great vacation. The only trouble was it needs a new large skillet. Everything stuck. Also the 2 twin beds need new mattresses. They were very flat and no cushion.

It looks fresh and airy! Great view from the balcony! There were only 2 elevators for the entire building, but they did have air conditioning in them which is a plus. 1 elevator broke down so that made it even more difficult. One of the toilets wouldn't flush, there was water damage to the master bathroom door that was pretty bad, a couple small holes in the walls, some decor broken, and definitely not enough dish soap which is not very anticipated thing thing to have much of along with toilet paper and papers towels. One thing that I wish they would've had was salt, pepper, and oil at the least. The beach is perfect and BEAUTIFUL!

Comfortable, relaxing, great views

Great beach, great views, comfortable beds, sufficient kitchen accessories. We enjoyed the southern hospitality and the beach was amazing. Great for families.

Nice Peaceful Week At Sterling Reef

Annual Fall Break getaway but first time at Sterling Reef. Great location and the design of all the Sterling buildings is great. ECDI was great to work with, easy in and easy out.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We started here for a week and loved it. It was clean, well stocked and the location was perfect!

Loved it!

Loved the condo! It's decorated cute and met our needs. Also, it gets extra stars because there's not another structure to the right side of the building, so everyone is not crammed up on top of one another on the beach.

Loved this property!

We absolutely loved this place! Perfect location and beautiful condo! The only thing I would change is having a dresser in the master so we could’ve unpacked. There is a huge closet, but bring your own hangers. We will for sure stay here again next year!

Beautiful condo, perfect views, great access to everything. The only issue was Lots of sand and black feet after not being there very long. One of the kids beds had a lot of sand on the comforter and there was sand on the couch. It was easily cleaned up, but was a nuisance to start the trip.

Great Vacation

The stay was wonderful and the condo listing was 100% accurate! Only complaint was the elevator was busy and so hot. Other than that it was perfect

Outstanding beach

Very nice area, wonderful beautiful beach. Condo nice, well equiped kitchen. Balcony very large with 3 good chairs and a table. The couch needs to be replaced ASAP. The 2nd bedroom is very small. Area is good for restaurants, bars and shoppers.

Would stay again

Very clean updated space. The view to the ocean can’t be beat. The only 1 complaint is that the master bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect!

This was the perfect size condo and we really enjoyed our stay at the Sterling Reef! There was an initial concern regarding house keeping, as there was still an overwhelming amount of sand throughout the unit including all over the master bedroom bedding! However! This was quickly and promptly resolved when we reached out to the unit owner and made them aware. Our unit was thoroughly vacuumed and all linens were replaced.
