Came to Panama City Beach for a football tournament. This was a great location on the beachfront. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and of course the beach.

This property is in a great location, between Panama City Beach and Rosemary but far enough from both to feel like you're in a small beach town. We were able to easily walk to Thomas Donuts or the local Carousel market in the morning. The house and it's views are breathtaking. It was our first time staying at a house directly on the beach like this so our review may be a bit skewed, but even on the one cloudy day that we had, it was still great. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to possibly staying here again.

Perfect size for our family of five, and location is quiet and away from crowds. We had a great time using the pool and the beach is just steps away. We like to do a lot of outdoor cooking, and the supplied charcoal bbq is a pain. It would be nice if the beach towels were supplied because they took up a lot of the luggages space. The place is well maintained and management promptly resolved our request. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to book this house again.

The house is directly on the beach with a private pool. The pool was on the small side… But worked just fine. The house was spotless and well equipped. My only comment would be the beach chairs rented from Holiday Beach Rentals were not comfortable. The house was worth every penny spent. We look forward to visiting again soon.

We had a great time at this property. The house is beautiful, spacious & fully stocked with cookware plus an outdoor charcoal grill. There are multiple grocery stores within a few miles of the house. We loved having access to both the beach & a swimming pool. I also liked that the deck had plenty of both sun & shade. If traveling with toddlers/small children, I would definitely bring or borrow a baby gate or 2 to block off the flight of 19 stairs, otherwise you won’t be able to relax. The pool alarm is also a great feature if you have small kids or individuals with special needs. There is a button that must be pushed each time the back door opens or an alarm will sound within seconds. We would definitely return!

We couldn’t have been more impressed with this gorgeous house. It’s even more gorgeous in person than the pictures show. We had lots of little kids under 5 so we VERY much appreciated the door alarm for the pool! Everything was new and fresh and super clean. It was close to the airport and restaurants. The pool has the perfect view of the ocean, you could hear the waves and see the sand but since we had little kids, we enjoyed the pool option as well. We have already looked at the schedule to rebook this exact same house! In LOVE with this slice of paradise.

Loved the location and ease of walking right to the beach from the back porch. Very spacious. Only constructive feedback I would have 1) consider putting 2 trash bags in the kitchen. 2) there was mold in downstairs shower

The home is in great shape and comes well appointed and stocked with all essentials. The pool was great (especially heated due to cooler weather). The boardwalk and outdoor shower were great for beach access. Very easy check-in and check-out. The home was very well cleaned. We did not have any issues with the property. Just note that during the month of March, PCB does not allow alcohol on the beach. Another note - there is a Christian camp next door to this property so lots of teenagers/college students coming and going next door.

This home was perfect for our family. Directly on the beach, with very little beach traffic. Perfect spot to relax. It's only a 10 min drive in either direction to restaurants, shopping and the "tourist spots". Highly recommend.

The house was in excellent condition. It was well appointed and the pool was awesome. We loved the location because it was not in a congested area, but was close to shopping and restaurants. They only issue was the requirement to push a button each time you go in/out the door to the pool. If you have small children it is a great safety feature. For adults it's a slight nuisance. Overall, I give this house 5 stars!

What a gem of a property. So spacious, amazing beds, luxurious pools, a picturesque boardwalk directly to the beach and epic sunsets. And finally, a property manager that was on top of our questions. Not much more to ask for. When we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely see about it’s availability.
