Wonderful first time stay with the family. Kids first time to the beach. Loved loved the view. The easy walk to the beach and the knowing of safety with all the gates and codes. Will be back!

Property was very nice and clean. Arrived very late and had an issue with the gate passcode. Other than this issue we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was really nice and clean!! It was in a great location, the large balcony was amazing!!! The beach was nice and not crowded!! We will definitely be back!! The communication was very good!! She made sure you knew exactly how to check in and out!! She was very good!!

We loved our stay and the check in process was very easy. The balcony was nice and big. One suggestion would be upgrades for the single bed. It squeaks every time you move and the mattress is uncomfortable. I’m sure it would be Ok for a child but not an adult. Besides that, the place was wonderful and just as advertised. I loved the fact that there was no public beach access close to us. Plus!! Would definitely stay again!

Exactly as Advertised

Pictures don't do this justice. But the pictures posted of the property is exactly what you get. The beach was beautiful, pool was sparkling clean, instructions were perfect and easy to follow. Restaurants in walking distance, Walmart about 4 blocks down the road, and the "spring breakers" were far enough away that you weren't annoyed by them! Teenage daughters as well as us adults equally loved this property.

Great location / Great balcony

We were so excited with the fantastic weather and the beach access and convenient location of this unit. Unfortunately, the central A/C was not working and the temp / and humidity was not comfortable. FORTUNATELY, the nice people at Book my Condo continued to make the best of things with two portable A/C units which made things better and even followed up with an appreciated refund of a portion of our expense. Interior of unit was super clean and well maintained. Will definitely will return to our unit!!!

Great place for a getaway!

It was just as described. Quiet and nice. The living room furniture is more for outdoor seating. I have a bad ankle and I have to elevate it a lot. Furniture very uncomfortable for extended sitting. Thanks for a great condo!!!

The property photos should be updated; they have nothing to do with reality. And as an observation, they should note that the property doesn't have beach towels, chairs, or umbrellas. Imagine if you were traveling by plane.If you want to use the beach chairs and umbrella, it's 40 daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and you'll need to find a Walmart to pick up towels and coffee filters.And if you're going for 7 days and they run out of dish soap and kitchen paper, you have to buy it because the cleaning company provides only one kit for 7 days, which is impressive.The kit includes 2 sachets of dish soap and 1 kitchen paper.

The condo is what pics show. The living room furniture is not very comfortable, but the master bed so comfy. Your cleaning crew could do better. A lady that went with us does housecleaning for living. She noticed alot that was overlooked. Fans are dusty, a moth bug dead over dresser on ceiling in master, bathroom cabinets need a cleaning. But other than that condo was great. We were left a broom but no mop, you should have it available. Loved the area condo in. I would book this condo again. Thanks Michele!!

Great Beachfront Condo for the Price

My husband and I enjoyed a week-long stay in this condo about 2 weeks ago. It offered amazing views of the beach from a huge balcony off of the 15th floor. The balconies are not quite as private as I expected - if you step up to the railing to look at the beach, your neighbors on both sides are within sight, just a few feet from you. Luckily, the balcony was private as long as you weren't right at the railing. And despite being surrounded by large groups of people, the noise was never an issue because of the sound of the waves. All in all, it's a beautiful condo with lots of space and a huge kitchen. My only suggestion would be for the owners to invest in more comfortable furniture. The couch and chair in the living room are aesthetically pleasing, but not comfortable to sit on. I would still book this condo again. It was conveniently located to many restaurants and attractions. Thanks for a great getaway place!

Perfect condo!

When we walked in and did our initial “inspection”, my first thought was it was odd there wasn’t even seasonings (like salt and pepper) in the cabinets. My very next observation was how CLEAN AND ORGANIZED everything was! I can do without a salt shaker for the cleanliness! The plugs in the bedroom are not exactly convenient but I was pleased to find a surge protector extension. And, in my search I noticed even under the bed was CLEAN. Condos at Twin Palms are always amazing… the views can’t be beat. The only {tiny} downfall was the living room furniture isn’t the most comfortable but who comes to the beach to lay on the couch? The labels and organization made everything so easy for me while in the kitchen. I appreciate all this host has done to make this place special!

Deceiving pictures

This condo wasn't clean. There was dust hanging from the walls and air vent. Cleaning crew hasn't been doing their job. I had to clean the bathrooms and counters. Visible items on the counters easily wiped away, so I know that these were missed during "cleaning". The shower curtain had mildew on it; they did replace that. Previous renter noted a dead moth in the master bedroom back in August and the moth is still there! When we arrived, the parking pass and wristbands weren't there. We had to wait on them to bring them back and was told that she would clean bathroom upon her arrival. She did not, hence why I had to clean myself. Needless to say, I wouldn't stay here again.
