Beautiful unit with amazing views from the corner balcony. Short drive to Pier Park, and tons of good restaurants within walking distance. 5mins away from Super Walmart for grocery shopping. Right across the street from the Slingshot & Vomatron (and a go-kart track). Definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful location and excellent views. Overall I would give our stay 4 stars, I took 1 star off because of the furniture, it’s very old, unclean and the couch was very uncomfortable with old cushions and pillows.

Great place with a great view

The place was nice but definitely want be back during spring break. Other than the immature people that comes for the break it was nice and I wouldn’t mind coming back outside of spring break

Great family vacation

We had a fantastic time in PCB and loved our unit. It had plenty of room and Tami responded to questions quickly. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Beach Property

Great place to stay. Two pools, on the beach, and amenities like store, food and bar. Stay was great. The Murphy bed in the living room is much easier than a traditional sofa bed. This living had both. Plenty of space. Everything you need. I only needed to contact the property manager once for a trivial question and she was very quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Great view. Plenty of space for the 7 of us to sleep. There was a broken drawer in one of the bathrooms but that didn’t hinder anything. The condo was cute and comfortable. I was just really disappointed in the cleanliness. There was beer bottle lids and random items under our beds along with tons of dust clusters and dirt/trash. The kitchen cabinets had large clumps of dust all over them to the point if you opened them too quickly it all fell onto the stove and counters. I had to contact the owner with a question and she responded promptly and seemed to be very friendly! Aside from cleanliness I was happy with our stay.

Perfect location

The condo was perfect. Right on the beach and with a beautiful view. There was five of us and there was more than plenty of space. We will definitely keep this place in mind next time we’re in Panama City.

What a great stay!

The room had everything you needed. The beds where super comfortable with great views. When we arrived there where a few issues with the room so i contacted the owner and she sent a handy man right over and he took care of everything that i showed him. I would recommend this room.to anyone

The Summit 1201

The condo was perfect everything we needed was there for us to use as if we were home. Love the views. Beds slept great. Best vacation stay we have ever experienced. Will definitely book this unit again in the future. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Summit 1201

Owner was very easy to work with and responded to questions quickly. The building is an older building but the unit was nice. Overall a good experience and nice getaway.

Clean! Exactly as Described!

We loved our week in this condo! It had everything we needed and the view was gorgeous! The condo was clean…I mean, even the floors weren’t grimy or sandy at all. And the bedding smelled freshly laundered. Communication with owner/manager was great too!

12th floor corner condo

We always enjoy a condo with a full kitchen overlooking the gulf of Mexico. A king size bed was comfortable I got my departure day confused and Tammy was very understanding. We enjoyed our stay even with the foggy weather the last few days.
