Gorgeous Sunset View

We booked this last minute. The condo was nice. Pros: Clean, kitchen fully stocked, 2 different coffee makers. New appliances. Comfy beds Cons: 3/4 bath shower handle had mold crusted in it. Balcony furniture very old and rickety. One chair was broken. The others very wobbly. We were afraid to sit on them. No kitchen towels or dish cloths. There wasn’t any beach things. We bought a couple beach chairs, cooler,beach towels and pool noodles. We donated them to the condo for the next guests. All being said. We would definitely rent there again. Thank you for letting us be your guest.

Overall stay was good

Kitchen was equipped with what we needed, other than the second small couch that was advertised, there was plenty of room. Balcony furniture was not in good condition and we had to make sure everyone, especially the younger ones, didn’t sit in them with concern they would collapse.We had to be careful with the Knob at the kitchen sink because it was broken. The first time I used it it lifted right off. Storage space and pantry was a plus. We had to repair the left side of the refrigerator because it kept getting stuck. Tightening up a piece on the unit corrected the problem. I’m aware no place is perfumer a few changes/repairs are needed. Again, overall the condo was a nice place to stay. Condo was clean for the most part but we left it cleaner than we found it.

PCB Beach house

The view was beautiful! The condo was not very clean and my son came down with a virus on day 3 and then my other son got sick as well. This was nothing to do with the owner I know it was the cleaners and the owners trust it is done bit the cleaners could have cleaned it up a good deal better than they did. Again the location was great, the view was great and my family had a fantastic time. Just only issue was the filthiness of the bathrooms and kitchen dishes put away that wear very dirty. So we scrubbed everything down after buying cleaning supplies at the walmart down the rd.

Great place to stay

The condo was good. However, we didn’t get a chance to swim in the ocean because it was double red flags all week that we were there 😕. Otherwise the condo had a great view of the ocean and it was pretty to look at.

Ummm not sure what happened exactly

Communication was good by VRBO & Property Management via Phone communication, On site Management was never seen .!! payment process easy, check in process easy, Room was unfortunately in not so great condition, not due to VRBO but, Property Housekeeping did not follow cleaning proceedings & left the room in unsafe condition for staying in , had to get refund upon providing many photos to prove our case ** luckily ran into a local from around our home town who happened to have a room vacant & offered to us & of course we took it & it was a true Blessing in disguise, otherwise due to the Holiday weekend we would have had to return home with no where to stay on the fly. Very stressful situation Saved. I’ve used VRBO for many , many years & the property manager via phone calls did everything “within their power “ to make it right although it took time & money from our precious Vacation… & our refund unfortunately did not come through until after we arrived back home which limited our activities & still don’t have some of my refund I feel they will make it right. Property was however fantastic with many family activities along with Bar, entertainment 3 pools & central location to everything. Would recommend owner changing cleaning crew apparently it isn’t as important to “This “ crew to leave the air on in the middle of summer in order to have good air flow & safe conditions for staying.

Enjoyable stay!

Cons: glass table top was broken and needed to be replaced. Hdmi cords to tv need replaced as the cable had to be just right to get get picture. Pros: very clean. Plenty of space. Great view. One pool is heated which was great for the cooler spring break stay. Overall great stay! Highly recommend

Dunes of Panama Winter Getaway

We rented Condo D605 for 8 weeks. Jan - early March. Check in was pretty straight forward...the door codes and internet passwords worked. The cleaning team that services this property needs some coaching. There was coffee in the coffee pot, sticky silverware in the drawer and the mirrors / windows had handprints on them about child height. We spent the first two hours cleaning. The appliances worked as expected. The beds were clean and comfortable. Furniture was fine. Kitchen is nicely equipped. The baseboards and trim could use some paint touch-ups. The balcony view and beach front are marvelous. The unit comes with designated covered parking which was a nice perk. Dunes of Panama is close to many great restaurants and watering holes. DOP has a nice sense of community. We will return to the Dunes of Panama.

Terrible!

This place is very nasty from the ceiling fans ,that was hanging full of dust to the toilets that where nasty and so was the floors .The ceilings in the living room and kitchen had black mold all over them .The whole place needed a good cleaning and furniture replace ,couch and for sure all the mattresses .This place showed a 5 star and had good reviews that was lies. They had to move us ,, which we miss a whole day of our vacation.

Nice area and complex

Condo was nicely decorated and clean when we arrived however it needs some work. Oven door and bar stools all are rusting and need to Be replaced. Parts of ceiling are peeling and stained and also need work. Washer had a bunch of gunk around the rim when we opened it and had to clean before we could use it. The grounds were maintained nicely and pools were good. Couldn’t figure out why they weren’t cleaning seaweed off the beaches. Hard to get in the water sometimes.

Beautiful location!!!

The condo sits facing the beach by the E pool. We were able to see a concert by the pool from our balcony. That was a welcome surprise! The condo was very clean. Plenty of pillows and the beds we’re comfortable. The only suggestions I would have would be to have a kuerig, a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner. The coffee pot was put up in the pantry which we didn’t end up finding until the day before we checked out. Overall it was a awesome vacation and we would definitely stay again!
