    *Full water park under the shade for the kids: Slides, water cannons, timed bucket waterfall.
    *Watch the kids play in the shade while grabbing some rays on the poolside chaises.
    *Full fitness center.
    *Poolside tiki bar and grill.
    *Restaurant overlooking the pool and water park.
    *New in 2026. Multiple vending options for a snack, beverage, or forgotten personal care items.
    *Reserved private parking for guests and owners.

    BOOKING DETAILS:

    *At least 1 adult, age 25 or over must stay for the duration.
    *Check-in 4PM, check-out 10AM.
    *Pets, smoking, or vaping are not permitted by the Home Owners Association. This IS enforced.
    *During June and July, 7-day reservations only. Check in/out Saturday.
    *Please consider travel insurance during hurricane season (typically June-Sept.)
    *HOA resort fee of $40 due at checkin for 1 vehicle parking pass and ID wristbands. 2nd vehicle is $40 additional.

We loved our stay! Condo was exactly as pictured, clean and cute! The first floor was a blessing (elevators take forever). Check in and check out was a breeze. Definitely recommend!

We had a great vacation. We had 2 couples & enjoyed the 2 master bedrooms with king size bed & bath. When we did have a problem with the hair dryer & batteries they fixed everything the same day.

Fun in the Sun!

We enjoyed our stay at Splash room 107W owned by Warren Beach Rentals. I had several questions before we arrived. The employees at Warren Beach Rentals were very friendly and answered my questions fully. We would stay in this condo again. It was clean, convenient and had everything we needed! Wonderful Stay

Everything was great! Check in was easy. This is our fourth stay and was the first time in this condo and it was just perfect for our family of 9. There was no issues and we loved that it was on the 1st floor. Still had amazing views and the perk of using stairs when the elevators were busy.

Panama City Beach Stay

The unit is nice, but the building overall is looking a bit worn and dirty. The worst part of the whole trip was waiting for the elevators to get the luggage carts up 1 floor! It took 30 minutes when we got there and 45 minutes when we were leaving. Only 2 elevators for the whole building…not enough for hundreds of units.

Perfection!!!

Mid September and the weather was perfect! The room was on the first corner floor which was convenient to take the stairs when necessary. The views of the ocean were phenomenal also from this room. Originally i worried that we would be too close to ground level and hear a lot of noise, but we were very happy that was NOT the case. The room was clean and it accommodated anything we needed with kitchen supplies. Our only recommendation would be to replace the mattresses in both rooms. They were a little worn and stiff feeling. Overall we had a perfect trip and would 100% stay in this room again. Communication was great with the owners!

Beautiful views of gorgeous blue/green water. The condo was adequately furnished and made housing our family of 7 for a week a breeze! I love that it was on the "1st floor" - which is actually above the ground floor and lobby - and we used the stairs quite a bit to avoid waiting for the elevator.

107 W exceeded expectations!! Beautiful roomy condo with an excellent view. Door from living room to balcony was near impossible to open but you could easily access from either bedroom. Definitely recommend for family’s wanting to stay at splash resort. Wilson family.

Beach front property at splash

The rental process was easy and we loved being on the first floor , the wait time for elevators can be ridiculous. The condo was great loved the 2 master suites. Could not find remotes to tv or ceiling fans and a couple of small things needed repaired but overall would definitely stay again

Easy room to access and nice view

It’s nice that it is the first floor so you only walk one flight of stairs which you’re going to want to do because the elevators take decades. This property is too large for only two elevators. This condo is the best though in relation to convenience at splash. We loved it and made great memories. It’s spacious and clean.

Perfect for family vacation!!

We could not have been happier with our stay at Splash! Our room was perfect for our family and our parents. It was great to have two masters and the bunk room, so my parents could have their privacy and our kids could enjoy their own space. The lazy river and the other kid’s areas were great for our children when they wanted to do something other than stay on the beach. The donut shop was surprisingly delicious and was a fun place for all of our family in other condos to meet for coffee. The check-in and check out processes were very smooth. We will definitely be back!

Perfect place for a family!

I loved everything about this property! Location views and condo were all amazing. I have a large family and we always cook easy meals. I usually bring my own pots, pans baking sheets and everything. This condo has everything you need in the kitchen. I absolutely loved it. So spacious with the balconies and 2 masters. The bed was super comfortable as well! Only thing that I can think of is that the resort needs more hot tubs it was super crowded the entire time. Also sad they no longer have the arcade for the kiddos. But everything was easy and seamless.

Despite a couple of items needing attention, they were taken care of promptly and we had a very relaxing visit. TVs could be easier to operate (or renters could be more skillful !). We had agreat time!!

Perfect location!

Our stay at 107W was wonderful. The condo is spacious and the balcony has a beautiful view. We loved that it is located in the 1st floor, which made pool and beach trips with a toddler a breeze. We needed to make a slight change in our original arrival plans, which was quickly responded to. We also had a minor issue with our door lock dying at the beginning of our stay (completely out of the owners control). We reached out to the owner who quickly responded quickly and kept us updated as to the progress on fixing the issue. Thanks Warren Beach Rentals for a great stay! We will definitely be booking with you again in the future.

Would rent again!!

This property is probably the best at Splash! The location is perfect! On level 1 (which is 3 from the ground) is easy to access with the stairs, because trust me when I say THE ELEVATORS ARE HORRIBLE!! The unit is spacious and had all the amenities we needed, even shampoo and conditioner. The cleanliness needed some touch ups, but I am particular. The floors were very clean and the trundle bed was very handy with 3 kids. I would suggest a curtain to block off the area with the bunks though from the kitchen. It would help the little ones sleep longer. I will definitely rent this unit if we go again!! Words of advice, pack the bulk of your stuff the night before you leave and put it in your vehicle. The morning of departure is a nightmare trying to get a cart and use the elevator. Some people waited an hour to get on. My husband and brother in law finally just brought everything down the stairs one by one and we hauled it to our truck on our own cart. This, of course, has nothing to do with renting this unit from the owners. I would highly suggest using this space. It is perfect for 2 families!! Oh and they have fans everywhere in the unit. We loved that.

Our stay at 107W was awesome! The condo was perfect for our family. So much space and everything was very clean! We loved the view from the (huge) balcony!
