Check in delayed by an hour because cleaning crew wasn’t done, so we ended up moving in after dark, which was difficult and not how we had planned our trip. Poor signage and directions didn’t help. Unit wasn’t very clean. No cutting boards or baking sheets. Dishes and utensils were spotted and had stuck on food. Dishwasher didn’t complete the first cycle we ran, so it had to run a second one, and due to us running through the provided tablespoon of dish soap earlier, we had to eat without forks. No cleaning spray was provided, so it was difficult to keep the place clean. Master bathroom showerhead came out of holder and hit me in the head. Turns out the holder is cracked and the showerhead just wants to be free and smack people around — got the kid too. Blinds in one of the bedrooms couldn’t be adjusted due to a missing rod, so the room got real bright real early — not great with little kids. The bed wasn’t very stable either. The beach and water were nice, and no problems with the Pinnacle property. I’d stay there again, just in a different unit.
