A great house in Seacrest in Rosemary beach. The house was clean and comfortable, It would have been nice to perhaps a have few basics like a couple of coffee pods and salt / pepper as its a pain to have to run out as soon as you get there to go do another grocery run. The development is perfectly placed between Rosemary and Alys beaches and both are within walking / biking distance. We had a great time each night walking to one of the restaurants for dinner and then walking down to the private beach for the sunset. The pool and beach are both a little crowded but very enjoyable. The bikes and beach chairs were a nice touch. We had a great 6 nights and would stay here again.

This property is in an enviable neighborhood with wonderful local shops, cafes and a safe community.Unfortunately, a number of issues surfaced and they were not addressed during the stay despite repeated written and phone call attempts to resolve them. Below I have listed all the details that I shared with management:1. Back door unlocked before we came in.2. Very dirty floors - our soles are black from dirt.3. Popcorn spilled under couch.4. Coffee/splatter on the blinds by the couch.5. 2nd floor bunk room lights don't work.6. 2nd floor bunk room small window has dried phlegm/spit on the window sill.7. Towels smell very bad - like mold. I rewashed them.8. Fridge filter - needs changed.9. Drain in downstairs tub is clogged.I called twice for the drain specifically to be unclogged and also have the bare minimum cleaning done. I was told that someone would be there. Unfortunately, no luck and nothing done.Other aggravating issues:Laundry soap enough for 1 load - used on towels.Rusty cutlery.Urine stain on comforter.Sofa stains.Overall, deeply disappointed. I’d be livid if my property was managed so poorly. Premium prices for below average service and a pathetic excuse for cleaning. The best evidence of upkeep was a security guard telling us to not hang a beach towel on the balcony. We treated the property with the utmost respect and care; no shoes, nightly countertop wipe down, consideration for neighbors. I won’t be back.

Sisters 60th Birthday Weekend

The house was comfortable and the location couldn’t have been better. We walked and biked to restaurants, shops, pool and beach. A few additions to the house would have made it perfect - coffee filters, beach towels or beach chairs, more than 1 chair on upstairs balcony and wine glasses.

Amazing House

Wonderful neighborhood and house. Such an amazing area. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that the tram service was awful and made getting to the beach very difficult. House was amazing though and loved working with property manager. Very helpful and quick to communicate.

Monel cottage is great!

This is our 2nd year in a row staying in Monel Cottage for fall break with our kids and other family members. Sleeps extended family comfortably. Beds are very comfortable. Tram stop is directly by the house which makes getting to the beach a breeze! Very family friendly home. We will be back again!

Location is walking distance to Rosemary shops/restaurants which our family enjoyed. In regards to the house it self, it has signs of wear and tear. Shades in primary bedroom for example was missing a chunk right at waist level. Upper deck had a wood rot hole. The mattresses however were brand new and amazing. If you’re one that wants a cold night sleep the max cool setting was 70 degrees. Wished I had been communicated prior to booking.

Poor management: BeachWalk Vacations

Accuracy: -Our Listing Title was “5 Bikes, Largest Resort Pool…” We arrived Sun, alerted the mgmt company Tues am when we went to take a bike ride that there were only 3 bikes usable. We saw 5 when we arrived but realized the 2 under a tarp were locked (then told not part of the rental.)The company did not deliver the missing 2 bikes listed until late Thurs pm despite continuous check-ins on my part. We had just 1 day with 5 bikes! -We also alerted to 2broken TVs Sun: 2of the bedrooms did not have TVs during our stay(not replaced/fixed) -Not plenty of outdoor seating on the second balcony: one old chair w/black mold -FYI: when discussing my issues that Tues I was told that “amenities are not promised” and I signed a contract agreeing to this. Think about that if you are reading this. Renters Beware if you decide to rent from this company: BeachWalk Vacations. Property Manager: As stated above, I alerted the manager of the missing bikes, broken TVs, plus broken blinds. I requested a credit on Tues as a compromise so I could then just rent a bike that day, but was told “NO we will deliver the bikes” and they could not tell me when. They did credit $100 2 wks later since I kept contacting but that doesn’t make up for the frustrations:waiting, many calls, missingbikes, broken TVs. Nice home, mostly well-maintained and beautiful decor. Cute neighborhood but the pool was crowded (we could never get chairs) and the beach was too crowded, leaving just a foot in between neighbors.

Perfect location!

We had a group of Senior girls here on their Fall Break. They wanted to be in Seacrest near "all the action", but us adults didn't want to feel overwhelmed with the traffic of people you see closer to 30A. It was perfect! We all loved the simple, modern decor of the home. Large TV's in every room. Kitchen was large and well stocked (I'd like to suggest glass cooking dishes, kitchen towels, and more than 1 hot pad). Has two different coffee makers and plenty of dishes/silverware. The nicest extra was the four bikes which were used daily. We also enjoyed the n'hood tram service and the beautiful pool. Check-in and out were super easy with digital door code. Great memories made!

Girls trip

Monel Cottage was the perfect place for us! It was just ladies, and we felt so safe in this neighborhood. The beach tram was a lifesaver! It’s not that far to walk, but since it was hot as blazes and we were having to carry stuff, we chose the tram! All the drivers were exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend this place and this area!

Nice place and great location

Very convenient to the beach with lots of extra amenities. The location was convenient to the local restaurants, bars, and beaches. The seacrest courtyard offered nightly entertainment which was a bonus. Great place and as advertised.
