To ensure a safe and responsible environment for all guests, the primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age. By booking this property, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to provide valid government-issued identification upon request.
Reservations made by individuals under the age of 25 may be declined or canceled, and applicable fees may apply.
-The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay.
-No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted on or around the premises.
-No Pets
-No events, parties, or large gatherings
-Water Crafts, Boats, Trailer, Campers, Buses, or RV`s are not permitted.
-Balconies, terraces, and exterior stairways will not be used for hanging garments or other objects, for cleaning rugs and other household items, or for the cooking of food by any methods
-Additional fees and taxes may apply
-For security and compliance purposes, all guests are required to complete identity verification through a third-party service prior to check-in. Failure to complete this process may result in cancellation of the reservation.
-Each guest is provided with one towel for use during your stay. If you anticipate needing additional towels, we recommend bringing your own. Please note that towels are for indoor use only and should not be taken to the beach.
-Photo ID may be required upon check-in
-A moderate noise level shall be maintained at all times - observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
-All guests must comply with Oceans Door Getaways rules, the community rules, and all applicable laws. Disorderly conduct, police reports, or any rule violations will trigger an inspection of the property by Oceans Door Getaways.
-If a violation is found, the primary guest must meet with an Oceans Door Getaways representative within 30 minutes of notice. Failure to do so will result in automatic removal from the property with NO REFUND.

-Only flush toilet paper—no wipes (even “flushable”), paper towels, feminine products, or hygiene items.
