Our condo unit was beautifully decorated, clean and stocked better then other condos we’ve stayed at in the past. On the other hand the Tidewater complex was not as great. We were lucky that we were on a low level because we could only use the elevator on the day we arrived and the day we left. Any other time we would try to use them they were either out of order or it took 20 minutes to actually get on it. They give you bracelets to wear so you could have access to everything but they also had several security guards that stood near the front door. I heard one of them yelling at a kid because he was playing out front while they waited for their ride. We wore our bracelets daily but twice my daughter was heading up the stairs to the room and they stopped her and made her walk back down the steps to show them her bracelet. If they hadn’t been standing around talking they would noticed the neon orange bracelet when she walked by and they wouldn’t of had to yell at her to come back down which really embarrassed her. The restaurant food was great and the guy working the tiki bar was really awesome. The only other thing I can think of that was bad were the steps to the ocean. One day there was a snake coming out from under them which I know they can’t help and whatever they treated the stairs with literally made them feel like you were walking on molten lava, they actually blistered my foot and I saw a little boy start screaming because they were burning his feet too.

Awesome place to stay

My family and I had an amazing time at this place. It worked out great for us specially because it was located on 1st floor and having small kids we always had the option to take the stairs, additionally one of my kids is autistic and it was an added peace of mind being on 1st floor.Great communication with owner and provided many tips, definitely I would chose this place to stay again.

Perfect Stay

Loved everything about this unit. It’s clean, smells great when you walk in, owner is super responsive and it’s conveniently located. I like that the bunk bed is not in the hallway but actually in a little room that is so cozy. We will be back!

Amazing get away

I loved all the small details, first thing I noticed was the fresh smell of the room. 2 nd was how clean everything was just like the pictures They shared on site. Loved the fact it was on first floor. We will be coming back in the future for sure. Thank you for making our trip pleasurable. Oh I forgot we loved the beach chairs that were rented for us .

Great owner

Owner was amazing and so accommodating. We had a last minute booking due to hurricane coming where we was originally vacationing. Condo was super cute and on the 1st level so no elevator waiting if you can do a couple steps.

What a great experience !! We love all things about our trip. The host was awesome, so easy and kind to work with! The condo is everything and more!! So beautiful! Loved the location and the Tidewater employees were all so friendly and helpful. We will be back!!

Condo yes/ property no

The condo was nice and Charla was amazing to deal with. The property however was less than mediocre. The pools were absolutely nasty. Hair and unknown debris floating everywhere in outdoor pools. The restaurant were understaffed and took forever for simple fried dishes that was just ok. First 3 days you couldn't get in the water due to double flags and kids didnt' want to swim in the pools because of how nasty they were. The indoor pool wasn't bad but that's not why we came here. Charla worked with us and refunded out remainder of the week stay due to the issues we had promptly and I would recommend her and the condo as long as they get the property, pool, and amenities in check and cleaned up. It was a less than desirable experience for us due to the property.

Great condo!

This was a great condo! 1st floor is the only way to go in this building. The property is nice and well maintained. The condo was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful Condo. Great Location & View!

This condo was beautiful updated & decorated. We were a little worried the view wouldn't be as nice being on a lower floor but it was beautiful and the sound of the waves was like you were standing out in it! The host was very responsive and proactive about communication. The condo was stocked with trashbags, laundry detergent, papertowels, TP, everything we needed to walk in and enjoy. The 2 included beach chairs were a nice bonus that we took advantage of on sunny days! Bunk room was tucked out of the way and not just in the hallway and had a curtain for privacy. Also wanted to notate the great location, less than 1/2 mile from Pier Park, can walk to from condo, nice beach walk! highly recommend!

Wonderful Place

We loved this place and owner went out of her way to get us in a day early when our travel plans changed. It was so nice to be on the 2nd floor and the seating on the patio was very comfortable and made sitting outside a pure joy. Highly recommend!!

Relaxing week

Was the perfect floor to be on same as restaurant and 1 up for parking one down for beach pool and spa theater perfect and January week of new years no lines no waiting for anything in town I would not recommend going in the summer

Grandma, Daughter, Grandson getaway

Loved our stay!! The unit was exactly as described. Clean, updated and was located on the 2nd floor, so we didn't have to worry about the elevators. Great place!!

Condo is exactly as described

My husband & I rented this condo last minute and stayed four nights. Condo was very, very clean & had all the amenities that were listed plus extras. We used the beach chairs & umbrella service. One day we got front row the next two days we got 2nd row. But even on 2nd row we could easily see the beach. This free service was a great extra as well. As far as condo location, while it is on the 1st floor we were up high enough to see the entire beach from the balcony. From the condo itself, the parking garage was only one flight of stairs up and beach was one flight of stairs down. We didn’t have to use the elevators unless we wanted to. We could walk to a couple of fast food restaurants which was very handy for breakfast. King bed was very comfortable. One other thing I also liked, the living room sofa & recliner were made of leather like material. That is one thing I look for as I don’t want to sit on cloth furniture in a rented condo. I had a question about the TV and owner responded immediately with solution. We saw Security all over the complex including the parking garage. I felt safe there and actually went out to our vehicle at night by myself. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will rent this condo again.

The View!

Our stay was perfect. The view from the kitchen, living room and balcony was magical! The condo was so clean and comfortable, it was like walking into our little oasis every time we walked in the door. We never had to use the elevators and everything was super convenient. It was exactly as described and really better than anticipated.
