The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great time and amenities

I took my 16 year old and 4 of his friends for a spring break trip. Great location! They loved all the pools and hot tubs. Access to the beach was great and the property was the perfect size for us all

Spacious, comfortable, and convenient!

This 3 bedroom Villa was very spacious and comfortable. My daughter participated in a National Dance Competition at the Event Center located in this resort. We were close enough to walk to the Event Center and not have to worry about finding a parking spot. The beds are extremely comfortable! It is a short walk to the beach or you can catch a ride on one of the trams (golf carts) that takes you over the bridge (total ride takes all of 1 minute at most) and drops you even closer to the beach. Very nice resort area and nice villa!

Relaxing and Convenient

We stayed at this lovely villa in Edgewater for a dance competition. We had 8 people. 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy. We were close to the Event Center and the kids could easily walk back and forth to their dances. It being a gated community also gave us a nice sense of security. There is a pool just outside the door of the villa that no one was ever at but us. The beach was a 5 minute walk away. We fed everyone plenty of meals using the well stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer Were wonderful to keep all our towels and swimsuits clean. This was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay in this villa and use this property management company again. Nothing better then a relaxing convenient vacation where everyone is happy 😎

This property did not look like the pictures that were provided in the listing to us. Upon arrival we found a lot of marks on floors, quite a few things broken. And the place was ABSOLUTELY DIRTY. The cleaning people only surface clean and you can clearly tell.

Friends reunion

My group of friends currently lives in 3 different states ranging from GA, IL, to TX. We come to PCB every year or every other year to meet up for a few days. I’ve never stayed at Edgewater but we all agreed we would come back to this spot again. It fit our group and our needs perfectly. We had some sort of issue with a pipe but the owner was honest and let me know when a plumber would be there to fix it. The man was also sweet too and they weren’t in our way. It may have bothered some people but not us so we didn’t ask for a discount or anything.

Family trip

Everything was great . We loved the location with a short walk to the beach. We come yearly and everyone loves staying here. This year has been the best in location . The room was exceptionally. There was enough room for everyone. Thanks for everything .

Nice place near all attractions and restaurants

The condo definitely looked bigger in the pictures. I would suggest no more than 4 adults and 4 kids. We had 7 adults and 3 teen/children. The "kids" room was definitely too small for 6 people! And there isn't a closet in that room which made it a little difficult. I did have to call the manager in regards to some cleaning that didn't look like it got done. They said they'd send the cleaners back over when we left for the afternoon. Not 100% sure that happened. Definitely ALOT of areas that seem to be getting missed by their cleaning crew. Aside from that, we had an enjoyable time there.

Beautiful, well-appointed condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the double bunks! They had beach gear and a gift basket with thoughtful items that we might need upon arrival. Check in/out was easy. Highly recommend!!!

Nice week away

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The unit was exactly as described. We had 4 adults and 5 grown kids ages 18-21 in the unit. It was enough room for all of us. I would consider staying in this unit again.

Loved it

The villa was awesome. We loved being close to the beach and the tram would pick us up at our door. The only complaint I have is some of the electrical outlets didn't work and having 11 cell phones make it so so. But, we fortunately had brought some extension cords. I would definitely recommend this place. The villa had everything we needed. We will be going back

Condo Review

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. A suggestion I would make is to have better curtains in the two guest bedrooms and that will fully cover the windows and keep out the lights at night. The bathrooms were not cleaned to our acceptance, but the rental company was contacted. We cleaned the bathrooms and continued with our stay.

Beautiful property!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was decorated beautifully and was equipped with everything we needed. The location was great! We loved being on the ground level, and the tram service was amazing. Very quick and efficient! Everyone was super friendly. The resort amenities were wonderful also. Thank you so much for having us!

The best stay…

We have been coming to Panama City every Memorial Day for 10 years this year we did a family trip…. This condo was the best unit we have had in Panama City, the check in was super smooth and easy and the check out was even better…I recommend this unit as your first choice I look forward to next year….

Great resort

Edgewater resort was absolutely amazing and this property was perfect. We had what seemed to be our own private pool for a couple days and the AC in the house was honestly the best I’ve had while staying in Florida

Beautiful Villa

The villa looked exactly like the photos. Beautiful inside. It was close to every thing. Kids bunk sheets had sand on them under the blankets. We were accused of tracking it in even though we had not gone to the beach that day and arriving after 7pm. They assured us the sheets were changed prior to arrival. Our daughters were disappointed not being able to use the room the 1st night as this was our primary reason we chose the unit. The host brought sheets over late the next day. It was a pain to have to make the beds ourselves but we got through it. Quite a few gnats inside when we arrived and the guests information book was soiled and sticky and so were the wrist bands. No other complaints with cleanliness. The unit is well cared for and has a pool right across from it. Wish we could have stayed a couple more days.

Very clean, comfortable and beachy

Great experience. So much room and we loved location. The small pool right across from unit and the cuteness of unit made for a great family vacay. Was also great having the room with bunks for the teenagers. Would recommend!

Wonderful condo

We loved the condo and resort! The kitchen has everything you would need, and the sleeping arrangements were great for a big family. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The pool across the parking lot was very convenient, and much less crowded than the larger resort pool. The beach chairs and wagon was very handy. We would love to stay here again!
