The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

This beachfront condo was everything described! From the impeccable ocean views to the wraparound balcony, my family and I enjoyed every moment of our stay! The unit was clean, spacious, and welcoming upon arrival. The decor was nice and inviting. The kitchen provided every amenity needed. I had work to do, and being able to work from the kitchen table while having a breathtaking view of the ocean was top tier. Check in was easy as well. We arrived Sunday afternoon and we did have to reach out to the property manager that evening about being unable to access the Xfinity cable. There was no response until the following morning, but I assumed it may have been due to business hours. Once a response was received, the issue was resolved quickly. Overall, our stay was most enjoyable and when we return next year, this specific condo will definitely be our first choice!

This condo is gorgeous—the view from the balcony every night at sunset was incomparable and the highlight of our trip! There was plenty of room for the entire family with all the balcony seating. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and king sized bed. The kitchen was mostly well stocked but needed a few non-plastic items (spoons, plates, etc.), as plastic tends to get soft and melty when stirring boiling water, for example. Also, the listing said there was a grill under outdoor amenities, but there is no grill on property; we asked people who worked there. So before we knew that, we bought a bunch of meat to grill. We figured out other ways to make it, but that was a slight drawback. Everything else was perfect; there was karaoke by the pool a couple nights and the pool itself (largest one) was great. Loved our stay and will definitely try to rent again!

Perfect for Ironman races!

The property was fantastic! Beautiful view, spacious rooms each with their own bathrooms, easy access to beaches and pools. If you are in town for one of the Ironman races your front balcony looks out on the swim start and on your side balcony you can watch the bike transition and part of the run! We would definitely stay again. (Only con was limited number of kitchen towels, potholders, etc.)

This condo was exactly as described! The place was so clean and well taken care of. View was AMAZING. Vacation Life Properties was extremely easy to work with and we had no issues. We will definitely be keeping this place on our list when we come again.

This was our 2nd year at this condo and just like last year it was awesome! Great views, convenient to shopping and restaurants. They have the sweetest chairs on the huge wrap around balcony. 2 pools and food and beverages onsite! We really enjoyed our stay and hope we can stay here again next year. Really nice layout!. From the immaculate view, the multiple pools, location, and over all size of the rental this was one of the best experiences we have had hands down. There were a few small issues that were handled promptly by management. Communication was superb 👌. This is an event we attend each year during December, we will be sure to rent with this property each time.
