At the heart of the property is The Groovy Grounds—a resort-style courtyard SHARED exclusively between Baby Dolphin and Mama Dolphin (separate listing).

Comfortable Coastal Living
Every room reflects a fun California surf vibe with colorful coastal touches and modern finishes. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, a blender, crockpot, toaster, tea kettle, and coffee bar. We also provide a Pack 'n Play, high chair, steamer, and complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, stevia, and basic spices.
Location
Located in the quiet Bid-A-Wee Beach neighborhood, you'll enjoy private gated beach access without the crowds while remaining minutes from Pier Park, Aaron Bessant Park, Frank Brown Park, grocery stores, and countless restaurants. Walk to Runaway Island, Local Steamer, Moe's BBQ, The Salty Hobo, Hidden Lagoon Golf & Racetrack, and Fun-Land Arcade. ECP is easily accessible via the new airport connector.
Pet Friendly

• Dogs must remain on a leash whenever they are outside.

A Few Things to Know
• The Groovy Grounds are shared exclusively with guests staying at Mama Dolphin.
• Your private backyard, hammock area, cornhole lawn, and the entire Baby Dolphin home are exclusively yours.
• Optional pool and spa heating is available upon request for $70 per day.
• Ring cameras monitor exterior entrances for security (video and audio).
• Coffee and consumable supplies are stocked for approximately the first four days of your stay.
• Internet service is provided, but outages can occur and are outside our control.
• Outside quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Strict cancellation policy—please consider travel insurance.

*****This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit We have 2 options that you can choose between:
Option 1: Damage Waiver ($50) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $3000 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$4/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.
Option 2: Security Deposit ($2,500) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
Early Check-in, if available: $20 per hour. Less than 1 hour there is no charge, if available.
Late Check-out, if available: Noon check-out, $50
