Wonderful Home

Great location. Everything from check-in, to getting pool wristbands, to check out was easy and we had no issues. House was clean and we enjoyed using the shuttles to get around.

Loved it!

Wonderful Stay! This is a really lovely property - inside and out. It is run by a wonderful management group, and they are very responsive and efficient. We had a great stay and were well taken care of. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Worked really well for 2 families, we each had our own floor and every bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom!

Best vacation!

Excellent place on 30a. Absolutely wonderful house, had everything we needed and was so accessible to the beaches and nearby attractions. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook, and manager was so accommodating to provide a second pac n play for our kiddos. They also hold bonfires for their guests, we went twice and had so much fun! Will definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful, exceptionally clean. Close to pool, beach and restaurants. 30a beach girls was the perfect host. If we had a question or needed suggestions, they would respond immediately! We highly recommend a stay here!

Great location, great host! We had a fantastic stay and 30a beach girls Joy and Lauren is very personable and responsive. House was as described, in very quiet and fun neighborhood with easy access to beach and restaurants. The house had everything we needed and felt like a true home away from home. Plan to return!

I would recommend this property to everyone!

WOW! This house was nothing but amazing. A group of us decided to go for a last trip in 2022 and we had the absolute best time. Walk to everything, impeccably clean, absolutely love this home. 30a beach girls is a stellar company to rent from.

Amazing house

Amazing house and services. I love Santa Monica and if you are looking for the best place to rent, I would highly recommend this place. Everyone at 30a beach girls was very accommodating. All beds were very comfortable. The living area is very comfy as well. Overall we felt very at home and we didn't want to leave. We will surely come back.

Lovely vacation

We enjoyed our 30a escape at 257 Beach Bike Way. The property managers were very friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure booking with. Before our stay we had such a friendly experience when we had credit card trouble and the next morning (a Saturday) the coffee pot broke and immediately they replaced it. Thanks very much for such a easy reservation and booking experience. Loved the neighborhood, proximity to shops, restaurants, bike paths, and the beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The home is spacious and well equipped and has beautiful light. We had lots of fun at the bonfire that comes with the rental. Beautiful home, perfect for our group.

This the perfect place to stay to enjoy Rosemary and 30a. Our hosts 30a beach girls were some of the best we have had. Their responses to us were quick , considerate and more than expected. Nice thoughtful touches. Well supplied. We will rebook.

Awesome!

Thank you for a great week. House was spotless and the house was very comfortable. The bonfire we had was great and the kids are asking when we can have another. The tram is a lifesaver with littles. Pizza by the sea was our favorite hang. 30a beach girls communicated very well and made for a very easy transaction.

Unbelievable Service, Beach Bliss!

This home surpassed all our expectations! The pool and beach felt like a slice of heaven. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood's beauty made it perfect for leisurely walks and exploration here to Rosemary. Without a doubt, we highly recommend this gem and are already thinking about our return next year. Wonderful home, wonderful service too many teenagers that are idiots

House was great. The included bonfire was fun. The rest of the spring breakers were awful. Teenagers running wild. Will never spring break here again, will come in the summer or fall.

Lots of memories made!

The property is as described and shown in the pictures. It is clean. The beds are comfortable. It is well situated near the beach, shopping, restaurants, and pool. The area was very quiet. A group of us stayed for my daughter's birthday and we all had a great time. The property manager was responsive and very helpful. They provided decorations and even a charcuterie board with sangria. We plan on returning soon.

This house was nice , beds were comfortable. The pictures and description of balconies were deceiving. The balcony in the back overlooking parking lot was nice. The other “ balconies” were more like a ledge barely big enough for one person. There is no pantry in the kitchen. There are minimal beach supplies, except some sandy toys and 2 boogie boards. We ordered bikes , but the space to store them is a very narrow ally in between the houses which made it very difficult for the kids to get them in /out. The location is close to the pool and the village itself is lovely

Great Stay

The host was helpful with check-in and amenities information. We love the neighborhood with tram services, pool, beach access, and shopping & dining within walking distance. The house was lovely and in pretty good condition. It was clean, well decorated, and well appointed, but it is showing wear and tear as a rental. The listing notes it sleeps 12, but there's only enough dining chairs for 10 people. The living area is small, as others noted, and the current loveseat sinks in. The beds were comfortable, but the 2nd floor bunk room has an awkward layout. We were happy to find a pet-friendly place in the neighborhood and enjoyed our stay.

Clean, Convenient, & Capacious!

The updates on this prime rental are quite obvious. The paint doesn't reflect the house of a rental property, as it is clean and sharp. The decor was pleasant and comfortable while the cleanliness was superb. It passed my white finger test in even the most obscure places! I should be so lucky to have my house at home this well maintained and free of dust. Although we took advantage of many of the local and delicious restaurants available to us, I was very impressed with this well stocked kitchen. But I think my favorite thing by far was the mattress. The bamboo bed allowed for such a comfy sleep. We will be sure to return to this home in the future. Love having a bathroom for every bedroom
