    We want your stay at Our Happy Place to be seamless from booking to checkout. Please review these important requirements before reserving:



    ◆ Refundable Security Deposit: A $400 security deposit authorization hold is required prior to arrival. This is a temporary hold on your credit card, not a charge, and is released after checkout provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.

    ◆ Rental Agreement: All guests are required to electronically sign our vacation rental agreement after booking. A secure link will be provided to complete this simple process.

    ◆ Minimum Booking Age: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must be staying at the property. Third-party bookings are not permitted.

    ◆ No Pets: Our Happy Place is a pet-free property, subject to applicable service animal requirements.

    ◆ Quiet Hours: 10 PM–8 AM to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone at the resort.

    By booking, guests acknowledge these requirements and agree to complete the rental agreement and security deposit authorization prior to arrival.

We only wish we could have stayed longer! Kelli ensured we had all information ahead of our stay, and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything during our stay. The condo was very clean nicely decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed the private beach access and lagoon style pool. The condo is an easy walk to shops and restaurants. We cannot wait to return.

Awesome place that was easy for our family of 6 to walk to nearby restaurants/attractions, along with being steps to the beach/pool. Would definitely recommend!

Mini Vacay

Amazing location to the beach, Rosemary shops and restaurants, and Alys shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere! Will definitely stay here again. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Very cozy.

Darling condo in a great location

Darling condo with relaxed, comfortable, elegant decor! Great view of the pool and gulf. Convenient parking, walkable to Rosemary beach and Alys Beach. Thoughtfully appointed with extras: beach chairs, beach towels, soft cooler, etc!

Two weeks of heaven

Amazing condo…newly renovated and super cute. Everything was clean and tidy and felt like we were stepping into a new home. I appreciated the good taste in bedding and furniture too! The patio provides a nice view of the pool and the ocean.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

This property was perfection! Perfectly decorated, clean and stylish and fully stocked! The custom bunk beds make this a perfect condo for a family getaway. Property Manager was very communicative and when we had questions or concerns she was always available to help. We will absolutely be back!

Perfect weekend getaway

We enjoyed our recent stay at this beautiful condominium. We have been traveling to 30a for several years and this was one of the nicest condominiums we have stayed in. We love High Pointe Resort for convenient access to the beach, Rosemary Beach and Crabby Steves. The check in process was very smooth and the property manager was easy to communicate with and gave us very thorough instructions about the condominium and the area. My only suggestion is replacing the master bedroom pillows however the beds overall we very comfortable. We would definitely stay again

Wonderful unit

As a former owner of a High Point unit, I was very impressed with the upgrade and renovations they had done to this unit. It was very cozy, very clean and very accommodating. Highpoint to me is the best bargain on the beach because of its location and all the amenities on the property. New Year’s weekend we had rain, sun, and lots of fog. But nothing matters because we’re at the beach

A wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay for spring break! I was pleasantly surprised that the condo itself and the balcony were more spacious than expected. My family of 5 was very comfortable and had plenty of room to spare. My kids especially loved the bunk beds and relaxing in their room after long days at the beach and pool! Everything was extremely clean and the home was very well equipped. The location was fabulous! Walking to the beach was so easy with our little kids, and it was great having the pool and restaurant right there, too. We walked to the shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach easily throughout the week, as well. We would gladly book this property in the future!

Wonderful! Condo is beautifully and so stylishly redone, sparkling clean and the High Pointe location can’t be beat- on the beach with a gorgeous uncrowded lagoon pool and a casual beachfront eatery on the private walkover. Right next to Rosemary Beach- walk to all the restaurants (and ice cream shops!). We’ve been coming to High Pointe and Rosemary for more than 25 years and this was a perfect stay. Over the past few years, we’ve been increasingly disappointed with the price increases, maintenance issues, general wear and tear and limited options for a group of 3 or 4 at Rosemary Beach cottage rentals as well as the increasingly crowded pools there. Happy to return to High Pointe and this lovely condo. Owner was communicative, easy to work with and left no detail out. Book a stay here and enjoy!!

Wonderful condo!

This is a nicely decorated, updated, immaculate place to stay in a great location on 30A! The owner made check in and out a breeze and was available by text and email if we had a question. The bed in the master was very comfortable. The beach is not nearly as crowded at this resort as it is on the surrounding properties, which we loved! The sunsets from the deck at Crabby Steve’s were breathtaking! The people that work at this resort are continuously cleaning—the grounds are beautiful, pool is gorgeous, and the lobby in the building was cleaned daily. Security guards are present at entrances from the beach and the road. All in all, this place is outstanding and one of the best rentals On 30A we’ve ever stayed in! We hope to rent this unit again very soon!

Cute, Comfortable with a Fantastic Location!

We've stayed on 30A for years and this was our first time staying at High Pointe Resort. The condo was very clean. The bathrooms and furnishings are updated for a beautiful 30A beachy feel. We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers and we all fit comfortably. The kitchen has all the basics. We cooked dinner each night, and enjoyed the walkability to the local restaurants for breakfast and lunch. The location is fantastic! We enjoyed coffee each morning from the balcony with a pool and gulf view. You are a 3 minute walk away from your feet in the sand with beach service available for chairs and umbrellas. Don't forget having Crabby Steves on property, we ate a late lunch one day and came back to view the sunset. We will definitely be back!

Amazing condo in High Pointe

My family has stayed in almost every building and Amy different condos in high pointe and this by far was our favorite! So many great touches - hooks everywhere to hang suits and towels (huge plus), beach chairs in the closets to use, sand toys to use, and even beach towels if you forgot those. We love high pointe and will be back next year to this condo!

Beach Getaway

Great location, property right on the beach. Amazing pool and an outdoor restaurant and bar on the premises. Shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Wonderful beach getaway!

Fantastic beachside 30A condo at High Pointe

Super clean, freshly updated and furnished, unit 214 is a great spot to perch. The smart 2nd bedroom has 2 full-size beds up and 2 queen-size beds underneath. Kelli (super host) is highly responsive and easy to work with for any questions. I'll be back!

My family loved Seacrest!

In years past, my family and I have typically gone to Watersound, but decided to switch it up. Our vacation was great as we had a great view of the pool and the ocean and we’re walking distance to a bunch of places to eat and shop! Needless to say, we may be Seacrest vacationers from now on.

Spring Break 2022

We had a lovely time, very relaxing, and amazing amenities. This was our first time on 30A for Spring Break. We have a teenage daughter and we knew a ton of her friends would be there. We were anxious about crowds, but Highpointe Resort is quiet, has a private beach area, and the only restaurant on the beach. Crabby Steve's!! The condo had everything we needed, is located right across the street from they key shops and restaurants, and is decorated beautifully. My only call out is that we could not bring any outside visitors to our condo while on vacation. We didn't know that in advance, and we were unable to bring my family and friends on-site. We understand the security rules, just would like to have known in advance. Otherwise...the condo is perfect and we would come again for sure!

Amazing condo and location!

This was our first time to Rosemary Beach traveling from Virginia. We arrived a little early and the owner was gracious enough to let us in before check in time! The place was wonderful! Super adorable new upgraded place, Very clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Highly recommend staying here! We decided not to rent a car and we’re able to taxi easily from airport and then walk or ride bikes everywhere! Great central location!
