Property was accurate with pictures and fit our family of five well. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and basics were good. TV in family room worked but ALL FOUR TV's in bedrooms had incorrect remotes that didn't work and tv's couldn't be used. There were NO DIRECTIONS on how to use the complicated TV's and the staff at Beach Walk WOULD NOT RESPOND to our requests for help. When we arrived the upstairs shower curtain between the two guest rooms was badly stained and the guest bedroom that had a closet was a total mess from top to bottom. The downstairs bedroom doors squeeked loudly and we decided to purchase WD-40 to remedy the issue because we were sure that the property manager wouldn't respond to that request as well. We were promised on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday that someone would come to fix the tv's and there was never any follow-up or return phone calls as we had to continue to reach out to them for help but their promises were unfilled which was very disappointing., I want to be fair in that they did fix one issue: when we arrived the grill was a mess and unusable as it was filthy. They sent someone out to clean it and the staff that cleaned it did a good job. This was the ONLY response that the property manager provided to my phone calls that were made from Sunday through Wednesday.
This is by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced in renting vacation property.
