We love staying at Shores of Panama! This condo was just like the photos! The beds were very comfortable and everything was neat and clean! The only minor complaint would be that you could not walk barefoot in the condo or your feet would get pretty dirty very fast. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful place!
The place is absolutely beautiful. You really don’t even have to leave to go anywhere. They have their own tiki bar and poolside restaurant! The pool is massive and the kids love it. Beach was beautiful and the water was clear as the pool. Definitely recommend if going to Panama City!

Spring Break
We had an amazing experience. The unit was just as pictured but more beautiful in person. From having lots of space, comfy beds, views, cleanliness, location, cleanliness, communication and decor was very satisfying. I would definitely book again with. The only issue I had was checking in again in person at their location:(( the next day (code expire until done) I was told only because it was Spring Break but I recommend another 2nd step of security be created. Especially for those who traveled miles away WITH LITTLE ONES:(( Most importantly the pictures and descriptions are accurate, the stay was definitely home away from home:)) Great Customer Service

Kid friendly resort
The resort itself was great for kids!
The condo was great- we just had a few things like the dishwasher has mold/mildew all inside and all the dishes were dirty. We sent the owner a message but it never got fixed during our trip so we had to go buy paper plates and stufff. I’m not sure if this was on the owner or the resort though. The condo was very clean other than that.

Great Vacation Getaway Destination
From beginning to the end of our vacation month, we enjoyed the well maintained Panama Shores! Our time was divided into segments of beautiful unit we were living in, the beach, the sun lounges, some homemade dinners and many early evening restaurant dinners. Great time!

Great location, condo needs cleaning and upgrades!
When we arrived, we immediately noticed the condo was not as clean as we had expected. My son’s feet were completely black within and hour of arriving due to the disgusting floor. The shower curtains are old and molded. The shower in the guest room does not drain. The toilets are old and need replaced. I attempted to contact the manager multiple times by phone and email. I was told housekeeping would come and clean. They never showed and the manager stopped responding to my emails.
The are numerous repairs that need completed. Most importantly a large hole in the shower of the hallway bath. I wouldn’t even let my daughter shower there due to fear of who or what was up there. The sheets were filthy and none of the pillows in the master bedroom had pillowcases.
The location is great. This is the second time we’ve stayed in the building but we will never stay in this particular unit again.

Beach vacation
The beach was great, so was the resort! We did have issues with the cleanliness of the unit and it was infested with cockroaches- maintenance was sent out to exterminate but that did not help, they were all over the unit even in the bedrooms. The furniture was very dirty and outdated The floors was disgusting not swept or mopped. No pillow case covers- pillows smelled. Overall we enjoyed our stay- we will not be booking through a company ever again. They could careless about the cleanliness of their units.

Awesome place!!
We loved our stay. We heard so many horror stories about parking and elevators but decided to try it anyways and we are so glad we did! We were right on our floor for parking and there was an issue on day 2 with the pipes and we had to move spaces. They blocked off a space for us closer to the entrance. We had an issue with the dryer not drying, they were going to send maintenance to us but we ended up fixing it ourselves ( just needed pulled out a little to vent right). It’s a great location, close to everything and right on the beach. My kids enjoyed the resort pool and we will be back.

Great time!
We enjoyed our stay so much! The only complaint we had were the floors were really dirty and the air conditioning wouldn’t cool the condo. We called and they were able to come out the same day, great customer service, fast response and by that night it was perfect temperature!

Won’t be staying here again!!
The room was just okay, floors were very dirty. Doesn’t look like it’s ever been mopped. Couldn’t walk around without turning our feet black. The elevators were terrible, parking garage was terrible. The check in was ok but got locked out after being there a few days because door code wouldn’t work. Just an inconvenience more than anything.

The stay was a bit stressful at times
The first noticeable thing was as soon as we walked in the condo, it smelt like sewer! The air conditioner rattled very loud the entire stay. Then if we hit on the property of shores of Panama building, the parking deck absolutely ridiculous! The spots are all scrambled up, meaning if you are on one floor, the possibility of one of the higher floor rooms would have reserved spots on our floor ! The elevators were a night mare !

Great location on the Beach
We had such a nice time. The condo itself was very spacious. We had plenty of room for a family of 5. The view to the pool and the sunset off our balcony was a nice perk.
The elevator situation was sometimes a few minutes waiting time. The parking garage was nice but because we had a cargo on the top of our vehicle we couldn’t go past the 1st floor and trying to find parking for that was difficult at times. We didn’t have any beach accessories for the kids. Not a huge deal for us but would have been appreciated for my little ones.
Everything else went well. Id still stay here again.

Beautiful Inside and Outside
The condo was very nice and we could not believe how big it was. The pictures on the website do no justice to how beautiful it really is, inside and outside. The only complaint is the parking deck is very tight, but that is not the condo owners fault. My advice for the parking deck is...you are on vacation you are not rushing to get to work, so, take your time, slow down, and be respectful of others!

Overall good stay but not the greatest!
Stay was just ok…Let’s start with the pros:
Location is great! Center to many restaurants and entertainment.
Easy to get a spot at the beach, compared to other places we’ve stayed.
Coffee shop downstairs had great options for being a small shop.
Great price for getting three bedrooms and three bath!
Cons:
Bad smell coming from washer and didn’t go away.
Air conditioner was super noisy.
Master bathroom shower would not stop leaking water. Was in fact closed all the way.
As everyone says…the elevator is NEVER available
Lots of walking and going up and down stairs. If you are handicapped or health issues, it will be difficult.
Wristbands are not the greatest. Mine came off after three days. And everyone else started on the 4th day. Had to drive to the property management company to get more wristbands. They tried charging us per wristbands on the property itself.
Hardly EVER a place to sit at the pool. Also, we were told to placed out towels on chairs early in the am to save a spot. We did it the first full day there. BUT they ended up having an employee walk around to make sure this wasn’t being done. Their solution is what made ppl mad…they simply took your stuff and threw it in a lost and found section of the pool. Thrown in with wet clothes, towels, etc. Not a very good idea with everything going on with COVID if you as me. Also, ppl were taking thing that weren’t theirs when passing. Totally not cool! I understand this is out of the hand of the manager but still concerning out stay.
Nott he cleanest property we’ve Been too. Given the COVID Situation we thought there’d be more efforts. There was trash on floors in different locations throughout the property that was there the day we arrived and was still there when we departed.

Condo was really nice! Plenty of space, I have a family of 5 and everyone had a bed to sleep in without needing to use the sofa bed. View of the ocean was great, so no complaints about the unit itself.
Pool and Beach wrist bands were paper the stick like tape. They could not be removed like the rubber wrist bands most places use, so after a few days at the pool or ocean and constantly wet, they became annoying. Would definitely recommend making the wrist bands rubber.
Parking was a nighmare. Yes there is an assigned spot but the parking deck is tight and almost everyone when they go to the beach is in a truck, SUV or had a luggage trailer on the back. A lot of give and take was needed between drivers when two vehicles were trying to pass each other in a turn. Frustrations often ran high and saw times when people nearly came to blows. I dreaded the thought of trying to go out to dinner or do something fun in the evening like Pier Park because getting in and out of the parking deck was un-nerving. Highly recommend Xanex if you stay at the Shores of Panama to deal with moving your car.
It's a shame because the Condo unti itself was great and if it were located in another property, I would definitely stay again. However, I will never stay at Shores of Panama again simply to avoid the parking deck. That is the main reason for my 3 star rating

Easy process
Very easy and convenient. Condo was very clean and great view. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Trip was great, rooms was clean, everyone went out of their way to be nice. Will book again when the chance arises, only bad thing was we weren't there long enough....definitely recommend!
