  • Privately Owned - Amazing views- 2 bedroom/2 bath - Fully Remodeled Condo - Sleeps 6

    2025 Bookings:
    Saturday - Saturday (7 night minimum) from May 25th through August 17th 2025.

    Located at Edgewater Beach Resort in Tower 2- 10th floor. This condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The master bathroom has a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The second bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and hallway. This bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo. This unit also has a new washer/dryer.
    The living area has two new sofas, one being a sleeper sofa, and new recliner, allowing you to enjoy the views of the ocean right from the living area!

    This is a NON-SMOKING unit.

    **Starting March 1, 2023**
    Guests will be provided a link to register online their vehicles and wristband pick up at the front desk.
    The rate for 6 guests and 1 vehicle is $50. Any additional vehicle will be $30.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was well-maintained and exactly as described. The location couldn't have been better! Just a short walk to both the beach and the pool, which made everything so convenient. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in a fantastic location!

Loved it here!

Great condo, incredible view and loved the resort accommodations. Everything was perfect, plenty of towels, clean and up to date and great location. Definitely recommend!

Cute and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was just what we needed. It felt like home away from home. Everything was just as it appeared and was described online. There were several dining options we could easily walk to and the beach was beautiful. We’d definitely stay again.

I was traveling with my best friend. I alway felt safe even though it was two ladies traveling alone. Very nice room in an excellent location. If given the opportunity I would definitely book this condo again!

Panama City fun!

This condo is perfect! So clean and easy to get to the beach . Our 90 year old dad was with us and everything was easy to handle. Matt was easy to deal with and always very responsive to our questions! Would definitely stay there afain

Love Edgewater Resort

The condo was perfect! It was so clean. Decorated so you know you’re at the beach. It was well stocked with extra towels, kitchen supplies, a couple beach chairs, and toiletries. We had zero complaints or concerns! We will stay here again.

Beautiful Condo!

This is our third time staying at Edgewater adn we had a wonderful experience. Our condo was beautifully decorated and our view of the ocean was spectacular. The property owner was prompt in responding to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Would book again.

We stayed end March 2023, everything was as described in the listing. Host was easily reached via txt as we had some issues with getting notices through VBRO app. Resort was great, everyone was very friendly, gated community, close to stores and restaurants. This was our first stay in PCB and we would book to stay again at "A wave from it all".

Great condo

Great condo. The only issues we had was the oven took forever to preheat and there was mold in the master shower. We will be back.
