    "Awesome condo

    Wonderful place to stay! Very close to all the restaurants. Condo was exactly as pictured; very CLEAN! Owner was very helpful with answering questions ;-)"

    23rd FLOOR PENTHOUSE - Located on the Most Beautiful beaches in Panama City Beach, FL. Tropic Winds is the perfect vacation getaway with much to offer. Close enough to town and Pier Park, but far enough away to feel truly lost in paradise. This property has an indoor/outdoor pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub, meeting room/library and a fitness room. As well as a large Sun Deck overlooking the ocean and so much more!!

    Beach chair service is included at no extra cost to you. (March - Oct)

    This unit includes a huge private balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and all of its beauty. Enjoy having your morning coffee and evening drink sitting on the balcony while watching all the sea life in the crystal clear emerald green Gulf waters.

    This 23rd floor Penthouse 2BR – 2BA condo is attractively decorated and sleeps 6 with new bedding. It has a nicely sized kitchen with all new, beautiful stainless steel appliances and so much more.... This truly is paradise, you will not be disappointed!!

First getaway

Beautiful place

This was my second time staying at this property and it was great! Super clean and the owner was really nice! I had no issues whatsoever I will definitely be staying here again in the future! I would recommend staying here for sure.

Amazing!

Me and a friend came here for a long weekend and the place was perfect! It was clean and just what we were looking for. It was big and set up nicely and the balcony and view was perfect. Definitely would go back!

Beautiful property!

Condo was out of the “business” of PCB. Very quiet and the perfect size for a small family. My daughter (7) immediately deemed it her “favorite place we have ever stayed.” Definitely lived up to the photos and description.

Clean and well kept, communicating with the host was great and very easy to work with!! Recommend this property hundred percent!! Loved the reserved parking spot as well! Easy beach access and beach service was included with our stay!

Condo looked as show in pictures. Staff was very nice and friendly. Beach chairs was a plus. Parking was close. Loved having a signed places to park. Location was good. It has amazing view.

Ladies’ Weekend

This condo is on the top floor which make the surrounding views breathtaking. It was our second time staying at this building; the location is perfect and the beach area is pretty private. Since local schools were in session, it made for fewer crowds at restaurants and shops. I definitely recommend this unit due to the cleanliness and accommodations, including very comfortable beds.

Great condo and location

Condo was as described and clean. The location is wonderful and not too busy. With 3 elevators we didn't ever have to wait too long for being on the top floor. The included beach chair service is a nice addition. The assigned parking spot is very convenient, the spots are not the biggest but totally usable. Overall, we had a great time and would stay again.

Stayed here 2 years in a row. Both times the place has been great. A little hiccup with the clean up timing but worked it out with the owner and had a nice stay. Even received a small refund portion for the inconvenience. Really enjoyed being on the top floor. The car parking space for this room is in a high foot traffic area so you may need to be more patient, but still a good spot and well worth it. Highly recommend, just don’t take my dates.

Great place, awesome views, good time!

The location is great! The balcony is huge, it offers great views of sting rays, dolphins and pelicans as well as a place to sit and eat! The beach is very nice. The pool and hot tub were clean and not crowded. We were worried about it being too busy due to Spring Break but it was not a problem. We walked to Thomas Donuts a lot! The unit was well stocked with kitchen needs and towels and linens. We only had to bring our own beach towels and toys. Thanks for a great place to enjoy our family trip! Would stay again!

Excellent Condo and Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The views from the balcony are unmatched! We dined outside as much as we could. Saw all sorts of marine life swimming nearby, fantastic sunrises & sunsets, and even the best fireworks display Mother Nature could display during an offshore storm the last evening we were there. The lightning was incredible and captured some great pics. And we liked the building location on the West side, away from all the noise closer to Pier Park. Would recommend this condo to others.

Wonderful

The property was great! The owners were very helpful and quick with responses! The condo suited all our needs, nothing needed to be added or fixed. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The location to the beach is outstanding, we did not have to walk far to the beach, which was wonderful and not overcrowded. You only have to walk out the back of the garage and your feet are on the sand. The beach personnel were outstanding also, always making sure we were comfortable with our setup. We will stay here again and would recommend this condo to anyone! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
