Great Condo if you want a quiet beachfront property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My vacation rental experience was a good one. The unit was clean, comfortable and was located right on the beach. I would recommend this condo unit to anyone.

The place was clean and perfect. Would stay here again! I love Aquavista and have stayed at three different condos over the last three years. Love the location and how the beach is not over crowded. 10/10 recommend!

Great view and location. Smaller condo so the beach in-front was not crowded. Communication with host was clear and easy. Only draw back was the pool. A very small pool and pool area.

We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back next year. The condo had everything we needed and is much bigger than first thought. Very clean and the view of the beach was stunning.

Nice place

The unit was bigger than expected, very clean, decent furniture, plenty of towels. The complex had a nice pool and Jacuzzi and because it wasn't one of the huge complexes the beach wasn't crowded. Would definitely stay here again

Amazing

Amazing location. Condo was beautiful. And very roomy . NiceLocation. Beach was not overcrowded which is a huge plus . Pool is in middle of the two towers it’s nice everything is close by restaurants stores etc

We loved this place

This place was so nice, clean and looked just like the photos. I really liked the fact that this wasn't one of the huge condos. It made it less crowded on the beach. The parking under also made it so convenient. Will stay again.

Nice place, clean, plenty of space, great view, everything worked. I think it’s in a good location. I wish it had a couple recliners in living room. I would stay there again

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time. Everything was very nice. We were very close to Pier Park and all the restaurants we like eating. The weather was amazing and the beach wasnt crowded at all! We would definitely recommended and we will be back again!

Loved the property. It was clean, had everything needed, & was in a good location. Easy and rapid access by elevator.

Baseball and the beach

We had a wonderful stay. Location is great. Close to everything and the ballparks. Had a blast at the Jetty at St. Andrews State Park. For the price the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Management Services were outstanding. Grocery right across the street.

Good place

Great location, overall nice place, all the furniture seemed flimsy and there were a couple things broken in the apartment when we got there but nothing that ruined the trip

The condo was clean heads were comfortable. The side was amazing with the balcony and the access to those. The one issue I had with this condo was the amount of mirrors in it. That is the one thing that was not listed and was not welcome.

Great location great experience

Great location where the beach was certainly not to crowded even for Labor Day weekend! Condo was spacious, clean, and had all the basic essentials you would need. Construction was ongoing but was not really sure inconvenient and the property management company made us fully aware and answered any questions we had. Will definitely be staying again.

Overall good

Property location, convenience, and building upkeep was all good. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean and well kept. My only complaint is the living room furniture (sofa and both chairs) are so uncomfortable that they are impossible to sit on for any length of time.
