This condo was absolutely beautiful! The owner was very responsive and his goal is to make sure your vacation is seamless and unstressful. Plenty of room, beds were so comfortable, and the resort was so peaceful. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!! Do yourself a favor and grab this place while you can for your family. The owner is the best host I've ever interacted with! Absolutely 5/5 stars

Our stay at the board room exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped the space was.Everything we needed was provided, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy beds and plenty of room to relax. The location was perfect: quiet enough to truly unwind, yet close to excellent restaurants, shops, and all the PCB attractions. The beach access was easy and convenient, which made our days in the sun effortless and enjoyable.Communication with the host was seamless and friendly. Every question was answered quickly, and helpful tips made our stay even better. You can really tell this place is cared for with pride.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect Panama City Beach getaway. Five stars all the way!

Perfect beach getaway

If you’re looking for a place to stay that gives you the home away from home vibe, this is definitely it. From the time of booking until the end of our trip, the owner communicated with us making sure that we were comfortable. Condo is nicely situated steps away from the beach and right off the strip from several restaurants and activities (go karts, slingshot, arcade, mechanical bull). The condo looks just like the pictures and the view from the balcony/patio is breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again and again!!

property complex is nice, condo is exactly as listed. something that is important to me when Im away from is sleeping good and I did. both beds are king size with nice linens and great pillows.

Outstanding Host and Property

Host was very helpful and easy to work with. The condo was outstanding a complete enjoyable experience. We will be back soon to stay with Garrett. The location of the condo property is perfect walking distance to everything a family needs for the youngest to the oldest. I highly recommend the host and his condo.

Beach vacation

Garrett's condo is absolutely perfect!! It was clean,comfortable, and convenient to the beach and lots of restaurants and activities. Parking was convenient-right outside the door. He provided beach chairs and umbrellas, which were great! We really enjoyed watching the turtles, coi fish, and cranes in the pond from our balcony. We were also greeted with a snack basket and bottle of wine.It was just a short walk down the walkway to the private beach access to enjoy the snow white sand and crystal clear ocean! We will definitely plan on coming back and definitely recommend this place.Thanks!Sheri

Best spot ever !

We have stayed in this complex for five years and this is the nicest condo we could have imagined . Garrett is by far the best host ! Pictures do not do this condo justice - superbly clean , modern and just beautiful. Our teenage girls were in love with the bedrooms ! We cannot wait to stay here again!

Gorgeous, Clean 2 Bedroom Condo!

I came for Halloween weekend with a few friends and this place was absolutely gorgeous and clean! The owner helped me out on a last minute search to find a condo for the weekend. He was very communicative, friendly, and personable. The place looks like it should be in magazine with all of the black and white decor. It was on the beach and right across from the party we were going to so we could just walk across the street. Great central location! Great views from the balcony. I loved the place so much, I didn’t want to leave! I can’t wait to book it again!

I’m so glad we found this condo for our family vacation! I honestly could not have asked for anything better. The condo is amazing and made our vacation so enjoyable! It is such a modern beauty and so clean! You can tell this place was newly renovated and well maintained. So many things were provided that made our stay so easy. I especially loved all the beach items we could use. The owner is so kind and professional! He made sure we were well taken care of and well informed since the minute we booked. I honestly can’t wait to return to The Board Room again!

Kingdom of Heaven

First of all let me start out with the property manager Garrett Aune. Garrett is the best manager I have ever did business with. He was very nice and polite. Every time I had to contact him Garrett he was available and helpful. He made sure that my family and I had the best vacation possible. Now let me speak about the condo we had. Just have one word for that “PERFECT” everything was top notch. I don’t want to stay nowhere else but Sugar Beach Condominium at the Board Room.

Amazing!!!

Everything from beginning to end was absolutely amazing!! The condo was so beautiful and clean. The owner was extremely helpful with communication and always responded. He was generous with having a few snacks, coffee and cleaning supplies available for us which was nice. Very convenient having the beach chairs available and the private beach access was so easy. The beach was quiet, not as crowded like high rise condos which we love! The girls loved watching the fish and turtles in the pond. Everything about our experience was AMAZING!!!
